However the connector piece used for the older xbone controllers was not aligned properly and pushed the piece inside the controller. This seems to be a normal occurrence. Contacted turtle beach and still has not been resolved.

They're a huge upgrade from the original set that can came with the Xbox One. I love that I can push all the sound through the headset so I can play or watch TV without having to disturb anyone else.

I was sceptical at first because they are refurbished but the headset are good. The only issue I have at times is the adaptor is slow allowing sound to come out. I just unplug them then plug them back in and they work fine.

Excellent Refurbished Headset

This refurbished Turtle Beach Ear Force XO One is better than I expected. It's my first headset for my Xbox One so I wasn't sure what to expect. The game audio plays on the TV AND in your headset. You can adjust game volume and chat volume as needed. The sound is excellent and I highly recommend this headset for anyone looking to buy a headset for their Xbox One. If you want a stereo headset other than the standard Microsoft headset, this is the one to get!

Great Headset

The voice feedback is a great feature that not many other sets have. This keeps you from sitting in a room yelling at the TV. Sound quality is great and the surround sound is very realistic. Pick up a pair for better gaming.
