Cord Issues Already

I purchased these in Nov 2019 when I got my new PS4 Pro. I do play COD several nights a week and for about 2-3 hours. Since this product is a wired connection I felt that it would last longer. However that is not true. I should have bought the wireless one cause maybe I wouldn’t have to return it to turtle beach. After 6 months the voice chat is all distorted or doesn’t even work. The connection at the controller is the issue and theres nothing I can do about this. No firmware update or replacement part. So now I will just purchase a new headset and will definitely go wireless and with another brand. Tired of spending the turtle beach money for products that don’t last. The wireless ones I had for my Xbox one broke at the swivel right at one year. 140.00 pair too.
