I have owned previous $300 turtle beach headphones but none of them were ever great with sound compared to the conpetition. For the price these sound phenomenal, have easily located controls and the best feature is they turn off when you shut off the console.

For the price and package, you’re getting a really great wireless headset. Plug it in via USB to the Xbox (XSS user here) and it instantly connects. No lag or latency to speak of; and while the mic is certainly a downgrade from most budget wired ones, the controls and general audio quality are fantastic. Haven’t been able to try it on PC; but the manual says the usb could be used on that platform. Only complain is the super-hearing mode, just a lot of reverb and a mode you definitely will rarely turn on. Other than that, super solid headset!

love this headset just don’t like how it’s originally kinda tight but it loosens up after a little bit of use. not the most premium but i do love how it has 2 volume knobs. one for all sounds like music and game play and one specifically for volume of the voice chats with your friends and you can raise their volume above the media (or lower than the media)

They are so soft and the bass takes you out of this world. It is the best headphones ever the sound is amazing  and when you close to Mic it, mute it for you out of 10 recommend for everybody

I’ve had headset issues with my Xbox Series X since it’s launch, and this headset finally solved it! I tried several brands and even a wired headset in the past, but I constantly had static and disconnects. Now thanks to the new USB connection, those issues are completely gone. The headset itself has really good sound quality and I find it comfortable - but really, the USB solution is why I rate it so high. For anyone having similar issues with their Xbox, I highly recommend this or the 700 Gen 2 with USB.

Bought this one for myself and another pair for my girlfriend to use with her switch and we both love them. Sound is great, they are comfortable for long period of times and we play in the same house and never have issues with echo or anything like that

Perfect for my son’s use. Easy to set up just plug on and use. Fit is great, sound is clear and they are sturdy.

So far so good,,,, i do hear some feedback when i chat,,,, the last headset didnt have feedback. Last headset had poor construction,,, the ear pieces broke,, this one is constructed a bit different.... its better,,, it fits well and the area's on the last headset that broke wont be a problem on this headset......... everything seems ok, except for some feedback or echoing when chatting with friends,, it happens even when all TV volume is off.
