Good headset I bought this for my son on Christmas since he had the xbox and i can say I am impressed of what he told me he say that they have awesome sound quality and the battery life last forever

Works perfectly, even other gamers talk about how clear I sound. The headphones are also durable and flexible for comfort. Best Buy for my buck. A key point is to turn down the voice dial to stop the echo, but once this is done it works perfectly. No complaints!!

Haven’t use Turtle Beaches in a long time. With that said, bought these and they are working great! The Bluetooth and the ear cushions are great!

I received the Turtle Beach gaming audio on 4/8 in the afternoon when I opened the article it had a broken part. That's why I'm asking for a change. I could not know for myself what the quality of the merchandise was, but I have heard that they are of excellent quality.

Good headphones at a fair price, the only bad thing is that no enough ventilation.

The Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB wireless headset for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One is another great product from the gaming accessories manufacturer, Turtle Beach. The main advantages to this headset is that it is wireless, lightweight and offers several sound options. For the price, you get everything you need and want, if you’re an Xbox gamer. The headset is light, comfortable and adjustable. After wearing it for 2 hours, I barely noticed that it was on my head, so no headset fatigue, unlike another headset I owned in the past. The microphone must be pulled out of the left side to activate, and you can quickly mute it by pushing it back. It makes a sound whenever the mic is unmuted or muted. You can also bend the microphone closer to your mouth. As much as I like the concept of this, I didn’t find it super easy to push it closer to my mouth, as I noticed more resistance than I expected. The headset offers several sound options. The standard setting (Signature) is perfectly fine, but you can also choose Bass Boost, Bass + Treble Boost and Vocal Boost. Bass + Treble Boost might be my favorite, but it will depend heavily on what game you’re playing and the EQ settings within the game (e.g. Call of Duty.) Another sound option is the Superhuman Hearing, which is designed to make it easier to hear enemy footsteps and reloads. Although this may be very tactical in a competitive setting, I preferred the sound without this on, as it sounds a little boxy to me. This is an official Microsoft licensed headset for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, which is both good and bad. It’s great for dedicated Xbox gamers who want to take advantage of Xbox features such as Windows Sonic (Surround Sound), Dolby Atmos and DTS Headphone: X. The disadvantage is that it’s only compatible with Xbox, so if you have a console from PlayStation or Nintendo or a PC, you can’t even plug in with a 3.5 mm cable. If that’s the case, I’d look at the MAX version of the same product, which offers a USB plug that also works with other consoles and PC by switching from Xbox to USB, it’s only $30 more. My presumption is that Xbox/Microsoft have their own wireless technology that needs to be kept separate from the wireless technology that is compatible with everything else. Again, the advantage of the Xbox wireless technology is the Surround Sound and Dolby Atmos. By default, the headset uses Windows Sonic, and it sounds great right out of the box. If you’re looking for what might be the best sound, consider Dolby Atmos. The only downside is that there is a $15 fee to activate it, although you can try it out for free for one week, and at least when I downloaded the app, it gave me a 25% discount for 14 days, making it only $11. Is it worth it? Yes. I’ve never been more immersed in a video game than when I played the Black Ops: Cold War campaign with Dolby Atmos. Incredible! Game and chat volume are separated with two sliders. This works fine and with the amplified speakers, the sound is powerful and rich. I never felt the need to turn it all the way up, and I’ve listened to plenty of rock and roll in my life. The mic is great, and I need to express my appreciation for the mic monitoring. Although this is not something that can be adjusted or turned off like the Turtle Beach Xbox controller, it’s nice being able to hear yourself when the mic is on. With my previous headset, I often felt the need to speak louder because I couldn’t hear myself properly, so it’s nice to be able to hear myself and know what the other person is hearing, like when I accidentally touched the mic with my left hand and it makes a big “boom” sound. (Sorry to the French kid I played with in Fortnite the first night I was wearing this!) Who should get this headset? A dedicated Xbox gamer who wants to get the most out of the sound options that the new Xbox consoles offer and is looking for quick ways to adjust the sound while playing. The high-quality mic and mic monitoring and a 24 hour battery life make this headset perfect for long days of gaming. This is my most recommended headset for Xbox in 2022 in this price range.

They have so far done okay. Have had some issues with hearing/talking at times. But could have just bought one with some issues. I just haven’t returned it yet to get an exchange to know if it’s just not that great.

These are my second pair of Turtle beach headphones and I have had a good experience in general, it seems to me that little by little they are improving the quality of both audio and design. The unboxing is simple and everything is in sight ready to connect and start using, in the box are included the wireless headphones, the USB cable to charge them and the adapter in addition to the documentation and the quick guide which by the way is very clear and very helpful. The connection is quite simple, you only need to connect the bluetooth adapter to the usb port of the Xbox. There are steps to follow to configure the headphones from the console. These steps are in the quick guide. I recommend using this configuration to get the best out of these headphones. The audio is very good and depending on the needs of each one you can choose one of the presets as well as activate the Superhuman Hearing option which boost highs and mids to get the most clear detailed sound, if you are in the competitive scene or it is important for you to hear the minimum noise in the game may be useful, being able to monitor your voice seems to me an extra that is appreciated. The microphone works correctly and clearly, I have no complaints but it does not exceed my expectations, however it fully meets its function, with the Flip-to-Mute function it is very simple and practical to mute the microphone. The headphones are light but not that light, you have to remember that the fact that they are wireless makes them a little heavier, however for periods of 2 to 3 hours I have not felt any discomfort, the ear cups foam is very soft and fits very well to my head, I do not use glasses but these headphones can be used with some on. In summary, it seems to me that making an investment to have mobility, battery that lasts more than 24hrs, different audio presets, voice monitoring, Superhuman Hearing, an easy to mute microphone and best of all designed exclusively for Xbox is well worth it, if you want to give a plus to your console and gameplay I can definitely recommend these bluetooth headphones.

I am on my 3rd set of TB headphones, two 700's and this 600 model. All 3 have broken on the flat piece that slides in and out for adjustment. I took this one and used epoxy to glue it all shut. The actual function of the headphones is ok it's the construction that's terrible. I will not purchase another TB headphones in the future unless this issue is addressed.

I have been in need of a wireless headset for my Series X and was searching for a wireless pair of headphones. It took sometime and I finally have the right pair. I ended up with the Turtle Beach Stealth 600. So, let’s start this review :::Initial impression::: Opening the box, it is basic and has what you need the headset, wireless USB dongle and a thick USB type C charging cable. I like that the headset is white and it is a simple design so far so good. All of the buttons and volume controls are found on the left side and I am left-handed so that is a plus in my book. This headset so far is great out of the box let us move along to the next topic of discussion. :::General thoughts::: Putting on the headset I immediately noticed just how comfortable it is with the added padding for the top where it rests on your head. I really appreciated that along with the extra cushion that are in the ear cups. There is plenty of flex and you can stretch the plastic to a certain degree without fear of breaking the headset. While this is made of plastic it isn’t a rigid type that breaks with any kind of movement. The only concern over time is the head band adjustment I do not know if it will hold up over time but I will see in due time. :::Sound::: The mic is a small arm that extends and is not detachable like some headsets so there is no way to lose it. I can appreciate that especially if you have kids, we all know how that can work out. Speaking of the mic let’s dive into audio quality the sound is rich and you have different modes to explore. While I toggled it and tested it out, I just stick with the default audio profile. I tested out a number of different games thanks to Gamepass I tried FPS, RPG, Sports, Indie games and it all sounds amazing. I really appreciated the clarity especially while playing Battlefield 4. No one had trouble hearing me and I was able to hear my party without issue. I also tested it out using Netflix and while it isn’t a hi fidelity home stereo set you won’t be disappointed it does as advertised. Just remember that this isn’t a substitute for a Dolby Atmos setup. :::Battery::: I attempted to plug it in and charge prior to my initial use and it wouldn’t charge. I was surprised that this came fully charged out of the box so there was no need charge the battery. I was able to get roughly 17-19 hours and have charged the headset about twice in two days. Not bad if you ask me. I forgot to track how long it took to fully charge the headset I normally just charge it after a gaming session if need be. :::Pros & Cons::: Pros: - Lag free - Comfortable - Long battery life Cons: - Every button and volume control are located too closely :::Closing thoughts::: The Turtle beach stealth 600 is a pretty good headset with good battery life and is comfortable for long gaming and media sessions. Of course, this is subjective and one size does not fit all some folk have bigger ears, various sized head shapes & whatnot. But for myself this meets my needs and personal tastes. I have never tried the first gen but the second gen headset is good for me.

These hit all the basics that you need for a gaming headset. Mic volume control separate from the sound volume control, USB C charging, easy to mute mic, and a comfortable for extended gaming sessions. The mic is clear according to others on the other side and I could clearly hear them as well. A bonus is the USB C stick does slow red blink when your headphones are muted which makes for a great visual cue as sometimes, I forget to unmute. These work great with your Xbox or a windows 10 computer, no other device I tested was compatible. The audio is immersive and more than sufficient for my needs. I couldn’t notice any lag which is necessary in a gaming headset. The build quality is okay, not amazing, it isn’t going to break but it is all plastic and feels like it. The USB stick is USB A with no USB C adapter, just be aware of that if you are limited on your USB A ports. The other problem with the USB stick is that it isn’t small, on an Xbox that doesn’t move this isn’t a problem at all, on a laptop, depending on how often you move surfaces and use it in not gaming modes (such as to watch a video, there is a chance undue pressure can be put on the stick if you’re not careful. The wireless range left a little bit to be desired, between rounds I would go grab water or something and with the mic control on the headset I would just keep chatting, but the kitchen was out of range, so I’d lose connection for a few min or I’d have to bring my laptop. The 30’ wireless range is extremely accurate, and you aren’t going to get any more than that out of it. Overall, I think they are a great option for value. Great tech and great sound quality but plastic snapped after just five months of normal gentle use. Went to put them on and they broke. Bummer for the price of these.

I was looking for a good comfortable headset and was presently surprised how well this felt on my head. This headset fist comfortably with someone who wears eye glasses like myself and has good audio coming through the speakers. The audio hits the mids, highs and lows pretty well however do not expect these to be the ultimate music listening device. It does have a synthetic surround sound setting that sounds ok however I ended up leaving it off so sound quality does not degrade. The mic on the headset works well and picks up the voice without muffle. It does have the ability to swivel towards your move but it does not seem to make much of a difference on audio pickup. I did notice though if walking aware from the dongle too far it will drop in quality without any notice. It has a small range so if walk beyond that it becomes hard to hear for the other person through the mic and the audio becomes low. Strangely enough if you go back and get closer to the xbox it does not auto correct. I ended up having to turn off the headset and turn it back on to get back to normal. Overall this is a great headset for the price and works with box Xbox and PC. I have tried it on the Nintendo Switch however it does not detect / work on it.

It’s a great headset sound is really good, but only had it for two month and literally broke on me while putting it on.
