Is this in reference to your headset's Microphone Monitor feature that allows you to hear your own voice in the headset? If so, the volume level of that feature can be adjusted via the Audio Hub application for Windows or MacOS.

Amazing - Turtle Beach 600 Gen 2 Wireless

Crackled after a week.

The second week they started to crackle really bad which made playing with them pretty unbearable. I was luckily still in my return window so I had to return them. They had the latest firmware and I tweaked the settings via the PC app so it wasn't for lack of trying.
