The sound it good, they don’t disconnect while playing but yesterday he went to take off his head phones and they literally snapped in half.. thank gosh I got the protection plan but the head phones were to expensive to just snap in half

I like that there are two separate audio adjustment wheels you can use to control game audio and your party chat but I don’t like that the recharge cord is so small. Some days you game longer than others and if your headset is not charged your S.O.L. A good product and I still recommend but if I could do it again I’d get a wired headset.

My buddies can hear all the noise from my kitchen & restroom ( a lot of feedback ) - so not super ideal when you're playing with a squad on Call of Duty.

Posted .Sorry to hear about your experience Cali! Updating the headset to the newest firmware should have an affect on your mic's sensitivity. There are also in-game features like the Open Mic Recording Threshold within Call of Duty's settings that can prevent background noise from coming through. Please be sure not to set that setting too high, as it may prevent your voice from being heard if turned up too much!
