It’s hard to get the sound settings right with my Xbox series x. I play CoD and don’t always hear what my teammates do. Also, when I lean back, sometimes the volume wheels turn and I don’t realize it’s why I can’t hear game sounds or my teammates.

The young lady in customer service took me personally and we looked at several. After discussion with her guidance this was selected!
