Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the superb sound quality and comfortable design of the Stealth 700 Wireless Surround Sound Gaming Headset. Many also praise its wireless functionality and generally good battery life, while some find the price reasonable for the features offered. However, a recurring concern involves inconsistent connection stability and lower-than-desired maximum volume levels.

This wireless headset is everything I hoped it would be. Comfortable, great sound quality, and great range. Excellent headset for the price. My teenage son loves it!

I've tried every headset that Best Buy has available for the Xbox console. This one works the best and sounds the best. The Astros were definitely made of better material but their lack of duel control on party chat and game sound are a negative. The only downside to this headset is the charging port. It is the only weak point on the whole headset. Due to it being recessed in the unit. Be careful when plugging and unplugging as if that port gets loose your headset is a paperweight. However, it beats having wires connected to the controller and worrying about bending the adaptor on your lap if you go wired. Lee

Really good sound for gaming! Looks great and connects quickly. I gave 4 stars because the sound could be better but I guess that's what the elite is for.

I had the stealth 600 headset prior but the stealth 700 are a good upgrade! Took a while to get used to the rubber top but they feel amazing now.

Bought this after returning the Steel Series. This headset is much better than the Steel Series, and the wireless works great. I can use my phone seamlessly while gaming. The mic monitoring and game volume toggles are also great. The superhuman hearing is a gimmick though. I really don’t hear a difference when it is on

Can’t beat the quality for the price. Bluetooth capabilities that let me connect to my smartphone app and adjust settings from there and also answer calls or listen to music while playing. Connects to my Xbox one X just like the controller does. Battery life isn’t what is advertised but I just charge it after a gaming session to keep it full. No issues so far!

Purchased this for use on my Xbox One. While the sound quality was excellent for Call of Duty (could hear surroundings incredibly well), the initial set up was a bit of a pain. Be sure to set up the headphones with the Xbox Account you’re planning on using the headset with (no switching accounts as far as I can tell).

I purchased these for my son about a year ago. There are now upgraded versions, however, he has been using this headset daily and it is still holding up very well. Only gave it a 4 star rating because there are new updated versions now. Still not a bad headset though by any means.

This headset is... not good. There is a slight buzzing sound in the left earpiece at all times, and the connection issues are constant. I am using these in a fairly empty living room, with about 5 feet between the xbox console and the headset. The sound is adequate, but in any given hour, I will lose my connection to the xbox 4 to 5 times. This is after updating to the latest versions of the firmware. If you are using party chat when this happens, you will lose the ability to chat with your party. You will either have to power down the headset completely, or leave the party and rejoin. Rinse and repeat about every 10–15 minutes. For a $175 headset, this is unacceptable. The only plus this headset gets is the bluetooth capabilities. It's quite nice being able to stream music from your phone while at the same time being able to chat during a gaming session... when the chat works, that is. Which it barely does. Which makes these headphones nearly useless. Save your money and purchase a different headset. You won't regret, like I did.

So I owned an I 60 before these and the quality of the headband was spectacular. The head band on these as a opposed to the first generation is a huge improvement the just feel well made. Be warned once you link them to your xbox the can not be sinked with pc without the microsoft xbox dongle as they will always turn on the Xbox without syncing them to something different and their is no way to unsync manually. I originally bout them to play with laptop and xbox since they have blue tooth

Sounds great. I am hearing things I never heard before. My scores have increased. I like that I can answer my phone while wearing them. I took off 1 star because of a minor issue with recharging. Twice it has been plugged in overnight, but not fully charged in the morning. I simply unplugged them then plugged back in and it charged up in a few minutes.

Kept having cracking sound with this headset. Have been a long time TB user and was surprised by this issue. Ended up returning it and upgrading to the Elite 800X (which I didn't want to spend that much money on, but this headset had poor sound quality.
