The sound is great. No issues with connecting. My only problem is they fit a little small. Hurt your ears after a while.

They have good Surround Sound, but they just don't go loud enough. I had a few people try them out and they all had the same complaint... they are not loud enough. I should have known this would be an issue as in there specs they do NOT list how many decibels these are. Other manufactures in the same price range list the decibels for their Headsets. I returned these.

One of the best headsets on the market. Turtle Beach knows what they are doing for sure. Even better that they were on sale.

Like the headset it has a very good sound quality and what I like the most is that you can sink to your smartphone and quickly access the set up features without any interruptions when you are in game mode. Well worth for the money. :-)

My son loves the sound but at times experiences interference when using Bluetooth around other devices.

My teenager is notoriously hard on headphones, these are still going 8 months +. He says great sound quality. I’m not sure the mic on it works great because he’s always yelling at the top of his lungs while gaming!

I purchased these wireless headphones for my 13 year old son for Christmas and he was so excited to get them. They have such great sound and he has showed me how to move the arm back and forth to mute the mircrophone.

I got this headphones on December to not use the tv sound apparently my wife say it’s too loud so she got me this turtle beach headphones and we fit the problem even to see the movies in Netflix at night are great.

I like the way it work with my Xbox plus the Bluetooth the connects to my phone and I can answer phone calls when I'm playing

I like this one the other one I did not like the sound quality was not there

These are good for beginner gamers, I'd personally prefer the Elite 800X's but y'all don't carry them.

This was my first go at buying a headset, used mainly for Rocksmith. But it is also great for shooter games and watching movies

If you want to hear footsteps in Call of Duty and Rainbow Six, then these headphones will do the job.

Sound quality is great! U can here the left independent from the right when playing video games. Only issue it sounds static at times so u have to turn off and turn it back on sonit can go away

These are the best Turtle Beaches I’ve had and I’ve had 3 before these. I really like the Bluetooth for listening to music from phone while playing Xbox. And the wireless connection is the easiest. Definitely buy.

Bought them for my husband complaint a lot about his old one and he was pretty satisfied with the noise cancellation. I hate it because he can’t hear me when I’m talking to him but the headphones works pretty well according to him.

This headset has been (rightfully) slammed for having issues on launch day (audio drops, etc). Turtle Beach should have done better QA testing. Though I really didn't have too many issues. It works well with my Xbox, my PC, and my iPhone. There was a second firmware update last week which may have fixed many of the launch day issues.
