Plagued with problems

Xbox connection cuts out regularly, even with latest software as of 9/18/17. Buttons are not easy to differentiate or intuitive in placement. It is comfortable and sounds great (other than constant whine in left ear), I really wanted to like it, but will have to return it due to the issues. Extremely disappointed, as the product has everything I was looking for at a good price (if it had worked).
