Pretty good but could be better

The range could be better but that’s expected from blutooth over a 2.4ghz connection. The battery life is terrible compared to the plantronics rig.

Great for small ears!

OK at Best

The presets are decent, but using the app is almost impossible, as they rarely connect. The clipping on the microphone can make it difficult to be heard at times and the connection to the XBox is frequently crackly and inconsistent on the receiving end. The sound quality is not on par with what I expect from Turtle Beach. Ultimately, I returned these and went for the Astro A40TR instead and couldn't be happier with that choice.

Good but could be better

These work pretty well, but the mic is much shorter and sometimes folks say I cut in and out. That never happened with the 420s
