I've been using a wired pair of Turtle Beaches XO One for 5 years on Xbox One.. Every year I've had to buy a new pair because either a Speaker would stop working or the Mic would stop working.. But I kept buying the same exact TB XO One because I loved them! They were LOUD and comfortable + the Mic has Amazing Quality in Xbox party's!.. Fast forward to 2019 and my XO One mic finally died AGAIN! So I decided to spend a little more money and actually try a new WIRELESS pair of Beaches.. So i opted for this Stealth 700 Model... These Stealth 700 are absolutely comfortable and easy to setup.. Just download the Turtle Beach Audio Hub and update your firmware and headset first before connecting to Xbox to avoid problems! This headset is comfy.. My Voice is clear although I wish it extended to the front of my mouth like my old wired Beaches.. You'll find this mic is MUCH MUCH shorter causing you to just make sure you speak a liiiiitle bit louder for audio to pick up on the mic... The bluetooth feature on this headset is a GODSEND.. I have the Galaxy S10+ and it takes calls flawlessly when paired to my phone.. My only gripe is the in-game volume is TOO LOW!!! I had it cranked up to the MAX and the sound was absolutely disappointing compared to my old Beaches XO One.. I tried several different games... Fortnite, MK 11, GTA V, Battlefield 1 & Black Ops 4! I even had Dolby Atmos activated on my Xbox One and it was still too LOW.. I had these for 3 days and had to return them just because my in-game volume was so LOW & BLAND!.. I spent more cash and ended up going with the Astro A40 tr + Mixamp Pro.. Still haven't set those up but I don't think I'll be going back to Turtle Beaches ever again

I have three of these headsets all perform well. One of them stopped working but contacted tech support at Turtle Beach and as always they resolved the issue. I shipped the product back they sent me a replacement. I have been a Turtle Beach fan for a while and not only is their product good but their Customer Service is always outstanding.

Bought these for my son for Christmas, he has the 600 already but wanted the newest ones of course. Anyway when you get them you will need to update the firmware, and it is a total pain the but. You have to download an app to your computer, which I don’t like to do, it wouldn’t allow me to download it, said I needed to update my iOS. So I update my iOS which I hate to do as well, then it still wouldn’t download the app. Spent hours on trying to update the firmware, with no luck. Then the next day lucky for me, not so lucky for my son, our dog ate them!
