I bought it and now I cannot return it... but I hate the connection. It goes on and off.. I want my money back!!!

Great headphones. Only complaint is that the sound glitches in and out quite often. Good headphones for gaming!

Alright headset. Gen 2 are way more comfortable. I shouldve waited for gen 2 headset tho. They were cheaper than this one

It’s ok. Didn’t last long with my 8 year old son. Sounds fine when it’s working.

Overall these are pretty good, only issue i have from time to time is the are hard to pair up with my xbox, but other than that, they are solid

I love how it connects directly to the Xbox 1 just like the wireless controller does. Perfect headset for the casual gamer. I recommend it.

The headset has many problems. It goes on and off. The sound is average at best. I will be returning it soon.

These are fine for beginners. They are not the best and have some issues at times but they work most of the time

Picked up while on sale and am very happy with this headset. There are times the bass could hit harder but I’m not complaining at all!

If your in a party on Xbox with your friends constantly, and hate having to put your headset down or carry a controller everywhere this is the headset for you. Overall decent range with minimal issues. Can update it through your computer as well

Headset audio is ok using windows sonic for Xbox one. Using dolby atmos is what makes this headset great and unique audio experience.

I think this product could be really great. However, I had issues with some connectivity and "detuning" when it was connected. Most tech support I could get in this instance was to cold boot the Xbox, repair the headset, and then move the console around, away from other "potential interferences" like my router. This doesn't work for my current situation, so I returned the headset.

It’s really easy to set up and has that nice noise cancellation that comes in clutch. It also has Bluetooth if you want to connect it to your phone. And finally it has its own app, like cmon this is a live mic.

The surround sound is great and the audio quality is often excellent. There are consistent tuning issues though and things like updating drivers and restarting the console and headset do not seem to help. This even happens at nearly full charge. Plan to buy a different brand next time.

So these are just ok. After a few hours of use my ears start to hurt and get really warm. I have to turn my headset off 2 or 3 times a gaming session bc the mic gets so much static my friends can’t tell what I’m saying. Also the sound will get glitchy and distorted. When they are working properly they sound fantastic. I wouldn’t buy again.

I was smart when I purchased the warranty when I first bought these. It lasted about a year and stopped working so took them back and got new replacement. The new replacement last only a month so returned them and now looking at another brand.

Son says these are excellent, but he doesn’t like to charge them. Not the products fault, Lazy boy’s. They work perfect for his games.

The headset performs well for the most part, but it has stretches where it loses the bluetooth connection and shuts off mid game. Its really frustrating when that happens, and the only thing that seems to get it back is turning the headset power off and on a few times in order to re-establish the connection. I expect a bit more out of a headset with this price tag.

I had an elite 800x that I got on release day and the battery finally died. I liked those headset but could not afford them this time, 9 had gotten the stealth 700 for my grandson so I got myself anset too. I like the flip up mic mute.
