    I bought these for my nephew and he enjoyed them for about 2 years before they started going out. I bought the warranty so no biggy, took them back and got another set.

    Loved the headset but after about 8 months the charging port broke, turtle beach replaced it with no issues. 1 year and about 3 months after receiving the replacement it stopped working, and because they only have a 1 year warranty, I’m out of a expensive headset.

    the headset itself is good after the fireware update. don't have the quality issues others do BUT, the battery life is prettt weak. don't know if its because i play a lot and don't track the useage but i contunially find myself having low battery at key moments in multiplayer combat which is annoying
