    I purchased this headset for my grandson December 23, 2019. It would not power up about December 15, 2020. I submitted a warranty claim to Turtle Beach immediately. They responded on December 29th: "Our warranty is for one year from date of purchase. We normally cannot provide warranty replacements past this period, but I was able to obtain a special, one-time exception for this case." I returned the unit with the RMA they provided and am awaiting the replacement.
