Customers appreciate the superb sound quality and comfortable design of the Stealth 700 Wireless Surround Sound Gaming Headset. Many also praise its wireless functionality and generally good battery life, while some find the price reasonable for the features offered. However, a recurring concern involves inconsistent connection stability and lower-than-desired maximum volume levels.

Bought two of these for my kids. Installed the firmware update right out of the box and they worked great for a while. Both headsets started to have issues when trying to charge. The connections became so bad that neither would charge. I tried multiple different micro USBs but they would continuously connect and immediately disconnect, over, and over again. Extremely frustrating.

"Premium gaming headset." Not even close. This thing feels like cheap plastic wrapped in fake leather with some rubber on it. I've been gaming for 15 years and used a variety of headphones. I needed a new pair and saw these things, so I picked them up.
I have never EVER been so disappointed with headphones. These things couldn't hold a connection to my Xbox without constant incessant popping and cracking, sometimes without sound coming out of it at all for 3-5 seconds. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you spend $160+ on a headset to game with, it's inexcusable. Then there's the mic, I can't tell you how many times I got comments on how my team/friends could barely hear me or it was static sounding. Look around, I'm sure you'll find the same sounding reviews.
My advice is save your money and go with another company. TB used to be good, but now it's just flimsy crap to rake in $$$ from the consumer with spending as little as they can to produce it.
HyperX, SteelSeries, etc. literally anything else is better than these things.

It’s a good product but the party volume and game volume are not balanced very well one over takes the other when trying to play.

I ended up returning it because the sound would keep going on and off and cracking. The only thing I could think of that could be causing it is the other wireless devices near it. My harmony Hub is what I believe. I did not want to spend hours going through the trouble shooting to try to diagnose the problem, I decided it would be best to just return it.

The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headphones are worth every penny because of the great audio, countless features, and their comfort.
There are many features on these headphones that make them awesome, including a nice price tag of $150. They have an active Noise-Cancellation feature that allows you to listen better when you have a fan, voices, or other background noise near you so you can focus more on the game. The cushion surround on the headphones is super comfortable and our son found that he could wear them for much longer periods of time before needing a breather. (As a parent – let me quantify that “much longer periods of time” is measured in two hours blocks. He can wear them ALL day without issue.)
Turtle Beach’s unique ProSpecs™ glasses friendly design allows people with glasses to be wear the 700 Stealth headset more comfortably and not have to take away cushions or have them adjusted in a special way. You will get 15 hours of battery life in total and with the Active Noise-Canceling and Bluetooth functions on it can last up to 10 hours.

This headset didn’t last more then a few months and it literally burned my sons ears. He literally had burns on his ears. So we bought another pair and that pair just stopped working. It’s expensive and not worth a purchase as it doesn’t seem they make a quality product. I didn’t try to return them but will never buy them again.

Loud but I feel like it's not loud enough. Got it for the wireless capabilities and it does the job. Still on the fence.
