Had issues with audio crackling and cutting, ended up exchanging for higher end Steel Series pair.

My son is not happy with this microphone. It’s sound is poor and it’s made cheaply. Microphone does not adjust well.

Great when they worked. After about a year of use they died. Upgraded to the steelseries

Bought these had major issues Right out of the box. Headphones cut out while playing games. While on phone calls blue tooth headset would make loud buzzing noise for 10 seconds multiple times a day while talking to customers. Mic would cut out where I would have to reconnect the headset. I called Turtle Beach Tech support and they said the exchange them. I took them back to Best Buy for warranty exchange only had them one week. Brand new set did exact same things as previous set. I took them back and bought Steel Series 9x a more expensive headset. These work great and I have no issues at all. I needed a headset that would work with my Xbox, PC and Bluetooth. I am in sales working from home due to corona virus taking calls 8 hours a day 5 days a week. After work I game and watch YouTube video on PC. I really liked the Turtle beach and the price besides the major issues I had. I would not recommend these to anyone until they fix these major issues.

I had bought this for my boyfriend who has an older version. However, in buying it, i wasn't told it needed an adapter to connect it to the PC. I was also told that the mic piece can stretch out (it didnt). My boyfriend also complained of the sound going in and out and his discord friends not being able to hear him at moments. Other than that everything else was okay.

This is a decent headset. Iv tried many and this is okay just not the best. Will help you connect with fellow gamers.

Unless you buy and download the Dolby atmos app on Xbox, they are too quiet. Even still with it they are quite.

Not the best out there. For the money id recommend an astro or skullcandy headset.

Expensive for what they are. Ended up returning them for a different brand.

I was looking for a headset to replace my 420x headset because I wanted something that doesn’t require an extra USB. I updated the firmware like everyone suggests, however it would still randomly lose signal. The sound quality is also not as good as the 420x. Superhuman hearing is better on the 420x. So I returned them and am happy with my 420x.

Sound decent, but hurt my ears after wearing for a while.

its an ok headset.. i hear my friends complating about the microphone glich, the cant hear me well..

Brakes after a while good for canceling people out though

Been gaming for a while! I have had so many different headsets from this brand to many other these where by far the worst I ever paid for took them back in the first week! They never work properly always had to reset them. They would go out while in the middle of a raid or in Competitive gaming and that pretty much kill it for me!

I bought these for my son. I think Turtle Beach needs better quality control on their products. I used to think Turtle Beach had great products and I started my son with the Stealth 600. It didn't last a year because of the pivot points for the headphones broke. I decided to upgrade him to the Stealth 700 and it seemed okay in the beginning until the mic stopped working. We were lucky enough to get those replaced under the warranty but at the same time, we bought another because one not knowing the warranty was going to be honored, I thought it could be s spare if he had a friend over. Sure enough, the 2nd headset had mic issues. These lasted less time than the 1st ones. He is now using his 3rd headset. We'll see how long this pair will last. I know for sure he will not get another Turtle Beach. They are garbage.

It won turn on... only last me 10 months of 3-4 times a week of use.

They worked ok on my Xbox but I had to buy an adapter to work on my pc

Great headset but it stopped working after less than 3 weeks

They were great but have to return them, won't pair up any more.

It was a easy setup for the headset. I wish the range on headset was longer.
