Customers appreciate the superb sound quality and comfortable design of the Stealth 700 Wireless Surround Sound Gaming Headset. Many also praise its wireless functionality and generally good battery life, while some find the price reasonable for the features offered. However, a recurring concern involves inconsistent connection stability and lower-than-desired maximum volume levels.

Went through 2 headsets in 1 month.
First one - microphone broke and no sound within 3 days.
Thought it might be a lemon, so exchanged it for a new one and same thing happened after 10 days.
Was NOT treated rough or abusively.
Decided to go with a Razer headset instead

These only lasted 7 months they turn on then shut right off you would think they’d last longer for the price. just buy Astro or other headphones or stick to the mic your Xbox comes with

Not even a year old and has quit working. Product charges and the green light comes on showing it has charged, once unplugged and powered on it immediately shuts off.

The wireless connection is laggy. The noise cancellation has a frequency disturbance which is absolutely annoying. And thw mic the 2.5 inches long. I have to raise my voice for people to hear me.

The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gaming Headset for Xbox One offers some incredible features. The Active Noise-Cancellation helps keep your gamer focused and the optimized for Windows/Sonic for Headphones surround sound offers a truly immersive gaming audio experience. Lightweight and comfortable, with leather-wrapped ear cushions and Turtle Beach’s unique ProSpecs™ glasses friendly design, he can game for hours in comfort. Believe me, the sound is so good at blocking out what’s going on around my gamer, I pretty much have to stand in front of the TV in order to get his attention. Maybe I should give him back his lame old headphones…

Save your money for something else. They are very buggy due to Bluetooth. I have the rig 800s they are better. Turtle beach hasn’t been putting out good products lately.

I bough the 600s first and wasn’t happy with the headsets sound . It wasn’t loud enough and for the price I wasn’t happy with just 4 sound ex settings , sloppy superhuman hearing gimmick . The wireless made it hassle free as well as the Xbox pairing made it setting up easier since you turn the headset on and it turns on your Xbox . 2 in 1! Rechargeable $$ that’s definitely convenient. But the sound killed it and I returned them for a pair of Razer Kraken TE . Now maaaan let me tell ya, the set up for these to work was excruciating lol only to find out that the thx usb adaptor is not compatible with Xbox’s usb connection do it does not activate the Thx feature which is why you want them in the first place ! :l
Well on the bright side , the wired portion of the headset is amazing! They feel great. After you’ve downloaded the software and updated them and tweaked to your liking they sound great . You get to use an app on your phone to tweak the eq aswell , but they need to be plugged In to do that so it a hassle and I wasn’t trying to turn on my laptop to change settings often . The Razer kraken Te sound great on mic and on sound when plugged without the thx adapter I used them for movies on my phone ! But sadly for that price those features did not matter for what I was using out of that headset wired . Returned the next day.
Exchanged for the 700s and well I got them on sale and I’m happy so far a couple days in. The Bluetooth is awesome to have . I can play music in the background while playing games and the sound is loud! Not sure why though but the sound is a bit lower while playing COD and games in general . Now the bass is loud and it sometimes feels it over powers the other settings like the mids and treble . The 4 eq settings don’t matter much since you might just keep it on (boost treble+bass ) to make them louder. The superhuman hearing isn’t functional when noise canceling is on which is odd , and the material could be thicker , they do hurt after long hours of gameplay a bit under behind the earlobe . . But they are wireless , come with Bluetooth so you can use them for other devices , rechargeable no batteries, connect fast like the 600s do . The mic flips up and down to mute which is cool because you don’t search for buttons but you do have to yell at times to get response . Mic is short I’m assuming . The Razer kraken Te though had an amazing mic and voice control.
I’m keeping these for the game and Bluetooth dual audio really . It’s something I want and it’s great to have when you want to mute everything but the music and play.
