Start by going to the app store and looking at the reviews for the Turtle Beach Audio Hub. These headphones never worked to update. Most users have to send them back if they can get through the horrible support that Turtle Beach provides. I have used my headphones only a number of times and now they turn on and off. Don’t buy

Cheaply made, don't buy! Poor support

Cheaply made, internal battery fails in less then 2 years. Turtle beach support is worse, they won't address the problem and instead throw a 15% off like it's a deal after spending too much money on poorly made product. Go with the Rigs or Astros
