I'm going to try my best to keep this short and simple. But I’ll probably fail as there is just so much to get through. As this headset is bit more tumultuous than I would have liked. SOUND QUALITY: Turtle Beach isn't known for their sound quality. I think they've always had great ability to EQ but the sound itself has never been spectacular. This has now changed with this headset. As it is THE BEST sounding headset I've ever tried. Beathing the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless by a noticeable margin. Bass, highs, mids, directional quality, soundstage, are all excellent. I've gone from using multiple headsets/headphones to just this one for both my gaming and media watching. It does a great job at both of those. Music it also does well on but not quite as good. I also have audiophile headphones (Sennheiser HD650 and Hifiman Ananda) which are better at music. A really close match for media consumption (movies/tv/videos on internet). But these are much better for gaming. Truly blown away at the sound quality and would give them a 9.5/10. And I tend to be highly picky about this. COMFORT: Excellent. Pads are super plush and comfortable. They have active noise cancelling (ANC) which means there is microphone inside the earcup which I can't feel on my ears. They do create a dramatic seal and can get warm due to that. Also, my situation awareness (without ANC on) is not good as it dramatically cuts down on noise (which can be a good or bad thing depending) where I can't hear what is going on around my house even if nothing is playing. But can easily wear them all day long (8 or more hours) without any issues. MIC QUALITY: Flip to mute is really nice. You can also hold one of the buttons to turn on/off mute. It has two microphones. The first being your usual microphone. The second being the microphone that help with the ANC which can also be used to talk. The dedicated microphone sound great and better than most of the competition. But not as good as the Corsair HS80 which I think has the best sounding microphone in any headset. Without the dedicated mic it sounds good too. But you pick up a lot of background noise as well. So if you aren’t in a quiet environment that will be highly annoying to whoever you are talking too. THE APP: Is excellent works well, straight forward, lots of options. EQ is excellent (even though I didn't have to change anything as stock it was fantastic for me). As headset apps go probably my favorite. Which has always been the case for me and Turtle Beach. BATTERY LIFE: It comes with two batteries. They last long enough to use for a whole day of gaming but compared to the competition are on the very low end overall. However, since it comes with two of them you just swap it out and you are good to go. Making that a non-issue. I love this idea and hope others continue to follow suit. You can also charge it via USB-C. Overall, no real complaints here. When you turn on the headset it will say your battery level. Also, when low will start to beep. TURNING IT ON: Normally I don’t discuss this. But to get the headset to start to play sound is seriously like 30 seconds. It’s crazy. You press the power button for 2 seconds, it pauses for a few seconds, then powers on, then you wait for it to connect (which is seriously like 10 seconds) then it will say the battery level and connected at which point you can hear audio but it gets overblown by the female voice talking and then you are good to go. My Arctis Nova Pro Wireless take like 2 – 5 seconds. The same goes for Bluetooth here. When I am watching it via Bluetooth (even with standby turn off not activated) it will sometimes just turn off while I’m listening to something causing me to have to go through the long arduous process. The volume wheel is also highly inaccurate. You spin it forever to make any type of change (that is me being a bit dramatic, but it isn’t very sensitive). BUILD QUALITY: Build quality is meh. It's not bad but for the price and in comparison to other headsets in the same price tier they feel cheap. Both outer edges have a plastic shell which feel cheap. As one side pops off to give you access to the battery (which feels solid) but the other side is a giant volume wheel that feels very cheap. Inside that volume wheel you also have another button which feels cheap. Then under that you have your other buttons which feel cheap. Then you do have metal on the outside which feels quality and robust. The earcups themselves are also very plush and comfortable and are excellent. However, you can hear the drivers inside crinkling when moving or putting on the headset which worries me long term. Headband adjustment and movement is solid/great. Very smooth and holds it place. But the headband itself feels mostly plasic and the rubber/padding kind of starts coming off when you pull it out fully so if you have an extra large head I’d be a bit worried. I do not trust it at all to try and twist them like I can do with other headsets. Microphone is solid. Buttons feel cheap and I highly dislike them. Also, in a terrible position making them hard to know which one you are pressing. Additionally, makes crinkling of drivers everytime you press them as well. Overall build quality (in terms of other similar priced items) is a 5/10. They cheapest feeling by far "premium" headset I've tried. But overall I think is probably like a 6.5/10. All this to say I think the build quality in reality is very good and I think they would be very hard to break. But the FEEL cheap. There is a difference in how something feels and how something actually is. ANC: Is terrible. I don't know what people are saying on how it is good. They are nowhere near AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, Bose QC35, etc. Similar to more of a budget ANC option. Where mostly it changes the pitch of a sound over reducing/canceling it out. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro do it better and those don't have good ANC either. The majority of the noise cancelling is done PASSIVELY through the earcup design (as these are a closed back headset, with rubber earpads, that seal extremely well) and is like 95% of it. Honestly, I wish they would stop putting them in the headset as paying extra for something that works poorly is a shame. However, having some hear through (which is also meh) can be beneficial since these do have such good passive noise isolation. CONCLUSION: I bought these fully expecting (and wanting) to return them. As I already have plenty of great headsets and didn’t need another one. However, they absolutely knocked it out of the park for sound quality and comfort and have now become my new main headset that I use for everything (other than music since I have very expensive headphones for that). In fact the sound quality, comfort, microphone quality, wireless, and battery life are all so good I'm not even interested in looking at another headset. I really enjoy them. However, they aren’t perfect as pretty much everything else is “fine/meh”. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless look better, feel dramatically higher quality, have much better controls, and holistically are better. But these sound better and are more comfortable. So, if sound isn’t your number 1 priority (which it is for me) then you may want to look at the other top of the line options from SteelSeries or Audeze. As I was hoping for a bit better quality overall at this price point. If they were to have better controls that were more intuitive and felt better like the Nova Pro Wireless (which would also make their build quality feel much better), and faster pairing, I think they’d be nearly unbeatable.

Amazing head set it has been great for long gaming sessions. The app has lots of settings that allow for users to play with the mic, noice cancellation, and volume etc. the battery lasts quite a bit and when it runs out just pop the second one it comes with fully charged thanks to the charger and port that’s the connector for the headset to the console.

This is the best headset I have ever bought. The sound quality is amazing, it is light weight, adjustable, and super durable. It is also the first pair that allows me to wear my glasses comfortably and with giving me a headache. Come with 2 batteries

Sound is good and cups feel soft on ears .They are Comfortable for wearing those long times ..I use them as my Bluetooth headphones more than I use them on PlayStation. Only problem is head band is loose and it's peeling off. Its happened only after 2-3 months of use but I'm writing this review some time after it started peeling off. Leather ( or whatever) on earcups are fine and not peeling off.( Plus I hope I could win that $400 gift card. the app said I could win)

I bought these for my 14y/o grandson for Christmas. He had always used the Sony PlayStation headset which he was satisfied with but needed a new one. I found these on Black Friday at a great deal so decided to step it up a little and try them. He loves the fact that he can use them with his PS5 and gaming laptop. He says the noise cancelling is so good on them that he sometimes has to pull one ear off if he needs to hear anything else or be listening for anything else or aware of anything else around him.

Trust me its a better upgrade to my old headset the battery last longer than expected and is easy no wires no latency

Crystal-clear sound, deep bass, and a super comfortable fit for long sessions. The mic picks up my voice clearly without background noise, and the surround sound really enhances the gameplay experience.

That phone sound absolutely awesome I think Turtle Beach did a great job building these headphones for the PlayStation 5 and 4 and whatever else you want to listen to anything with as far as laptops it sounds good.! You definitely get your money worth of these headphones and the distance on them is really great You could walk all through your house with them on and you'll never miss a beat or you can hear something as far as movies playing and you'll never miss a word The distance is great on them I can have them on walk out of my house take out my trash and I never lose anything The distance is great on them. They're worth to buy. FedEx delivered them fast and UPS delivers them fast and Best buy uses both of those companies to transport and they're fast.! Great to track with and great to get feedback from on call status. So yeah if you want to get your games going and high def get these headphones if you want to listen a great music there it is these headphones are what's up if you want to watch a movie and get all the sound quality the action these are what you need.

I'm actually very pleased with this headset. They're comfortable. The sound is great. & the app is more convenient than I initially thought. I'd recommend them ! A lil' pricey but worth it.

Best Headphones To Buy!!! I recently purchased the XBOX version because you can use it for both the ps5 and Xbox. I like the ps5 version is only exclusive for the ps5. The ANC is awesome in this device. Comes with a transmitter that is actually a battery charger for your headphones. They actually come with an extra battery so your headphones will never die! I would recommend buying the excellent open box if they have it in stock to save a few bucks!

Very good headset. I bought it for fps and it’s amazing for games like warzone where you need pin point accuracy. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the audio settings don’t save every time you turn off the headset and you’ll have to go in the app again and again to adjust it. It’s a minor detail for what it offers but I’d just expect a little more from a $330 headset.

I tried the Steel Series headset first and wasnt a fan. It was uncomfortable. These are amazing. Hands down the best headset ive owned.

Overall decent headphones, the sound quality it's great. Unfortunately the battery dock has a weak, easily breakable design, and the padding and padding covering on the band of the headphones feels cheap and has pulled out from under where it connects.

Comfort, Versatile, Premium, Powerful, Features. These are the first words that come to mind after spending about a week with these Turtle Beach Stealth Pro A.N.C. Wireless Gaming headphones. The Stealth Pros could be the NEW measuring stick for serious gamers! I love Turtle Beach's complete redesign with a minimalistic approach that doesn't scream gamer yet has premium all over it. There are no flashing lights or bright colors to detract from the muted colorway - I can't wait to see the v2s! This is almost perfect for any gamer on any platform, INCLUDING mobile! We are missing a 3.5mm jack, but with simultaneous dual connectivity using 2.4GHz R.F. and Bluetooth 5.1 technology, you can game and take calls if the time arises! There are features galore, and this is a solid all-around performer for anyone looking into a top-shelf option. Setup and Ease of Use The setup is pretty straightforward. Plug and play, flip a switch if you want to play P.C. vs. PS4/5, put your battery to charge, and you're ready to go! Pair it with your phone or favorite Bluetooth audio source, and you can field calls and listen to music while gaming! Unfortunately, this model only supports PS5/PS4 and P.C. - the main difference is the blue light vs green light. I recommend the Xbox version because it is compatible with all platforms - IF you can ignore the ugly green light! The app is easy to use, and everything is also laid out simply in the app. App Hub adjustments save to the headset directly, so you don't need to run software to keep things loaded. Settings are saved per use case scenario with P.C., Bluetooth, or Console having unique profiles loaded onto the headphones. The app needs L.E.D. base controls, but otherwise, it is perfect. The light is annoying because it is always on, so hopefully, this can be updated in the app, and the hardware is already in place. There should only be one model here, and create a base that can change color based on the connected device/gaming console. An RGB base with all colors would be excellent for this price since there aren't any gamer touches on the headphones. Comfort and Build The build is solid and on the bigger side. These headphones have a wide profile because of the large earcups and band construction, which work equally well for eyeglass wearers. The metal headband is wrapped in a luxurious memory foam leatherette and deep pillow earcups. These can make you extra warm, especially for most living in warmer climates, so keep a fan nearby or pump that A.C. to stop the sweat! These are so nice; I would like other ear cup options, like a cloth set to be included and maybe a hard case. The ear cups are attached better with a clip system rather than the game of threading the needle on past cups, so that is an upgrade. I am not a fan of the feel of the wheel. It feels super cheap, doesn't rotate easily, and mine has a bit of play-up and down that feels loose. The buttons are VERY stiff. After trying to find them, when pressing the buttons, you often cause crinkling noises in the speakers because of the seal the ear cups make and the pressure needed to activate the buttons. They could be more tactile and are initially hard to find. Eventually, you will learn to start bottom dead center to look for the middle button, then get to the others. The Super Hearing button is not remappable, which is a shame because it is the easiest to find due to the raised texture on the button. Sound and Battery Performance The sound department is REALLY where the Stealth Pro shines! The overall size and weight can produce a theater-like soundstage using the 50mm Nanoclear™ Drivers with Neodymium magnets can reproduce a frequency range of 10Hz - 22kHz with ease and clarity. As Bluetooth headphones connected to my phone, these performed well but only supports SBC, leaving great speakers underperforming with a basic audio codec. Sound reproduction is superb and way better than I could ever expect from this headphone. After enjoying 3D Audio on PS5, I know what these can do, and I found myself lost in hours of God of War Ragnarök gameplay, just enjoying the subtle sounds and nuances in Sony 3D Audio. I turn off my PS5 and then end up walking around listening to music and cleaning up because they are just that good! Noise Cancelling works well, and when turned on, it helps the drivers level out the soundstage when A.N.C. is active. The bass is boomy, and the treble is clean and pronounced. You can E.Q. these to your liking on both the mic and audio! They are responsive and shine most when using Windows Sonic, Sony 3D Audio for PS5™, Dolby Atmos, & D.T.S. Headphone: X codecs. These just blow my mind on PS5! I can attest to battery life rated at a verifiable 12+ hours with A.N.C. on, Console connected, and Bluetooth all enabled - nothing to worry about here! With the magnetic battery cover, swapping from the base station is quick and easy, with minimal downtime and automatic reconnections to get you back in less than 10 seconds. Connectivity and Customizations The Stealth Pros are a gamer's dream! Hang out in a gaming multiverse where PlayStation®, Windows PCs, Mac®, Nintendo Switch™, and mobile are all served by one headphone! Make that call for dinner while in the game, and this manages volume seamlessly. No connectivity issues or call drops; however, call quality is ok, and noise-canceling mics aren't the greatest at eliminating background noises. You can tweak everything in-app for the ultimate customizations to remap buttons and create presets. Everything can be changed in-app while playing, so you can adjust on the fly. Every once in a while, I would get a loading screen on the app. I closed the app and relaunched it to fix this. I want more personalization with magnetic battery doors, other boom mics w/ better noise canceling, and customizable ear cup choices. My Thoughts -Please update software for L.E.D. base light adjustments can be made to brightness and status notifications. -Consider changing the buttons on future renditions. I would like to see better buttons that are not so rubbery and stiff. -Consider adding a 3.5mm jack for other functionality streamers and game chat users will love. -Come up with a way to mix game chat separately. -S.M.A.R.T. Noise-Cancelling Boom & Concealed Microphones need work with blocking out background noise. -A set of cloth earcups to go with the leatherettes for those who are hotheads or live in hot climates. -Consider a change to the knob/wheel. It is the weakest part of an otherwise perfect pair of headphones. -Add HiFi Codecs like aptX, aptXhd, and L.D.A.C. to take advantage of these drivers. - Overall In summation, these are excellent and should be considered by all shopping in this range. Performance, connectivity, stability, and soundstage are all high points that need to be mentioned. Right now, these are my top choice. Others have better battery life, but with a swappable battery, I don't worry. No 3.5mm headphone jack and lack of HiFi codecs are my biggest gripes, but that is because I seek perfection at this price. With sound and mic performance, this is a winner, and even, I dare say, the Apex Predator of the gaming headphone world and do-it-all status. You get great sounding pair of A.N.C. Bluetooth headphones you can take out of the house or use solely at home. Mobile gaming, music, and console/P.C. gamers are all served with this rendition. I can't wait for the next ones!
