The app is so so and I don’t like that when you take a call while gaming it gets staticky. The superhuman hearing is an underwhelming feature and I feel the volume control was an afterthought. With that being said, the sound quality is superb and I like the noise cancellation feature. The mic is removable and that’s a plus as well as the multiple charging options!

Very impressed with the quality of these. Having two batteries has been awesome for those long gaming streams. Love the connection to my phone while gaming as well.

Headset is decent, software on the other hand is completely useless, which is not what you expected when you spend over 300$ on a headset. I've googled for hours on end and cannot find a way to have my headset pair to the app on my PC. So all the features you're supposed to get with a 300$+ headset gone. The headset and base station pair together just fine and I can use the headset but the Audio Hub V2 doesn't recognize the headset no matter what I do, happens on both my laptop and my desktop definitely a software issue as I've also exchanged the headset to see if it was just defective but to no avail. I've also even pushed the "reset" button on the bottom of the base, this does basically nothing but I guess "reset" the power and turns back on.

Sound quality is great, battery lasts long, but material quality is poor. Headset started RAPIDLY deteriorating at a year and a half. Light use, 5-10 hours per week.

Loved the simultaneously Bluetooth capabilities. Didn’t enjoy working with the software. Never saved your settings once you turned your PC off and had to fix and turn on some settings every time. Also some games volume was too low when on max volume.

great headphones!! i play a lot of cod and you can hear all the footsteps in the game 10/10 highly recommend

I've had this headset for about a month now, and the comfort is very nice. I love the fact that it comes with battery packs and a charger to easily swap out when they die, to keep that wireless feel without having to plug it in. Have one charging while you're using the other.

Absolutely in love with this headset. Best headset ive personally ever owned. The quality feels premium compared to other headsets. I would recommend this headset to anyone that loves to get immersed into there games. The app to customize your eq's its super easy and fun to use.

Absolutely love them great sound love the fact that it came with a extra battery that can be switched out instead of having to leave plugged in to the cord.

The audio quality straight out of the box is truly exceptional, and the microphone delivers remarkable clarity. My online friends consistently compliments me about how clear I sound!

This is one of the best headsets I’ve ever had really high-quality

I originally bought these beause my Microsoft headset hard wired cord was damaged from constant use. These headset are missing 1 or 2 features from making it the best on the market. However, the customization from the equalizer app on all consoles and PC makes it head and shoulders better than anything on the market. Thank you Best Buy for always having what i need.

Love this product. I have had a great experience gaming with this headset. The greatest part is that it has a docking station for the batteries to recharge & it's your Bluetooth connection to your console. You can also connect to your phone & listen to music while you play. That's an awesome feature.

Turtle beaches i’ve always used turtle beaches, my whole life  by far the best purchase I’ve done in years

Its unfortunate I spent $316 on this headset. Not even a year later and the headband is falling apart. Im a grown adult and I take care of this headset. I did like the headset but probably wouldnt buy another Turtle Beach product. I had the 700s and now these and they both fell apart way too easily. The fake leather wrap and the foam underneath the wrap are seperating from the plastic band/frame that goes over my head. Again, didnt even have these for a year, and I only play biweekly. Going to try a different brand next time. These should be more durable.

By far the best turtle beach headset ive owned....

The audio hub application is absolute garbage. After failing a firmware update 9 times, the transmitter completely crapped out and wont turn on at all. Is is after upgrading from the stealth 700 which were also complete trash. They would fail to connect and i would have to turn them off and back on sometimes more than once. I would highly recommend any other brand asside from turtle beach. These will be returned based on a defect tomorrow morning

The fact that you can just switch the batteries out is the best feature ever offered on a headset
