one of the ear buds doesn't work if the volume is too high. when retracing the cord takes a few times. if I'm cleaning the house and want to listen to music with out the ear phones i have to take off the case. otherwise the button that is supposed to change to phone speaker vs head phones doesn't always work. but it was only $9.00 and i like that i never forget my head phones for the gym. the case is strong i dropped it nd no damage. also the talk button on the ear phones doesn't work on mine. I would be mad if I paid $20.00.

Great idea. Sound isn't high quality but good. Very convenient. Follow the retraction instructions as I can see it getting tangled easily..

This was a very nice gift k prefer my Beats but this does the job.

This case with built in headphone is perfect for my needs, I'm not the type that listens to music all day but knowing that I don't have to carry a separate headphone when I need one is the best feature for me. The case is also very comfortable and seems to provide a very good protection in cade you dropped your phone.

Overall good protection only con is you will not be able to use it in car aux cable and other headphones

I've purchased this case for my 12 year old. He keeps leaving his headphone at home. Now, he doesn't have to remember to pack his headphone. I was surprised at the quality of the headphones, very decent for the price.. As for the protection, we will just have to see. So far it's been good but I'm concerned about the lack of lip to protect the screen. I do have a glass protector which act as a backup protection. Overall, very good value.

It's nice to have the earbuds on hand all the time and the wires don't get tangled and twisted.

The case with the retractable headphone sis great for my son whom is very careless and loses headphones alot

The quality of this case was surprisingly good! It adds some thickness to the case, but the tradeoff of having quality headphones with you at all times is well worth it. I'm very pleased with the audio quality of the headphones and my phone feels solidly protected.
