The TV had a strange forward slant which could not be remedied. Geek Squad came out and replaced the TV. They did a very good job. They were very courteous and conciencience and got the TV up and running fine and explained the basics of operation. They were also very careful about the house, the carpet and other equipment. Would recommend delivery only if done by Geek Squad.

2 men arrived on time to setup my new 65" OLED TV. They carried my old 60" Plasma TV to it's new location in another room. Then unboxed and installed the new TV in our living room, programmed my remotes, gave me a quick, but thorough rundown of the features of our new TV. Adam, one of the 2 installers even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues. A GREAT experience!

The speed and efficiency that these two gentlemen showed while installing my new TV so it was incredible. Before I knew it I had a working TV already connected to my DIRECTV and already starting to be programmed the guys were great and the service is great they said when they were gonig to come and they came when they said they were going to come. I appreciate that in a delivery.

We had an X800C that had problems and was damaged while being repaired by the Geek Squad. Not to worry. The Geek Squad replaced that TV with the X800E at no cost to us. The X800E picture is even clearer than the X800C. Love this TV! The TV was too big for me to install by myself, so the Geek Squad sent two techs who installed it and configured it for us. Fast and reliable.

I purchased a TV with a 5-year warranty plan in 2014. This year my TV went out. I called Geek Squad and they came out and suggested I get a new TV. So, I got a new comparable TV at no cost to me. Geek Squad came out to set my new TV up. I decided I would purchase another 5-year warranty plan. The Geek Squad technicians that came to my house were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my Sony 55" TV. They sent me plenty of emails keeping me informed about the installation date and the installing technician. They arrived on time, removed my old tv, installed the new one and made all the required adjustments giving me the best quality picture and sound. The technician was very competent and professional.

I have minimal technological knowledge but the Sony Bravia 4K Ultra High Def is easy to use. Picture is great. Colors are vibrant. Remote control is easy to use also. I did have the Geek Squad ( Tim and Finn) set the TV up and the they were great at giving me tips on using the TV. The whole experience from purchasing the TV to the set up was seemless. I am enjoying the TV very much.

The 2 men who delivered our 75inch TV put it on the wall and hooked everything up. They weren't scheduled to install but scheduled us in and really made a horrible buying experience much better. thank you Justin and Ryan! They knew their stuff,they were very respectful and helpful and did a fantastic job! I just wish the rest of Best Buy was this good.

I love Geek Squad.If you don’t have it this the right thing to get it on any TV or electronic devices.My tv start showing a black screen I forgot I purchased Geek Squad and I called them and they sent someone right out and the repairman said my TV was none repairable and they sent me another TV out in 1 day delivery this the best service Best Buy have

My TV arrived with no power cord so it couldn't be plugged in to test how it worked. The guys who delivered it were great, though -- hauled away two old tube TVs and set this one into the armoire with no problems. They also offered advice on where to get a power cord. Overall, just fine...and they showed up on time.

The two young men from the Geek Squad that delivered and set up our 75 inch TV did an excellent job. They connected our Blu-Ray player and sound bar and showed my wife how to use the remote to get the programing that she watches. We even got a followup call to see if everything was going well, which it was.. We couldn't be happier.. Thank you ..

My TV was delivered by two personnel and the basic tv setup was completed very quickly and professionally. They removed it from the packaging, installed the stand and placed it where I wanted it, then hooked it up to my antenna and showed me how to use the remote and select the various functions. Also helped to get the wifi set up. They did a very good job.

At 1st I didn't like spending the extra money for this service as you never know who will come ... maybe someone without the right knowledge. This guy was FANTASTIC...he had a great personality and most of all GREAT WORK ETHICS. He stayed at our house 3 hours and was so helpful ... got the TV going and explained everything. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT ON SERVICE!

Appointment was on time, they called ahead of time to make sure the appointment time was still a good time for me. The TV & Blu-Ray player were setup and I was shown the ease of using the controls for both. They stayed on site and answered all my questions concerning both units & their controls, as well as the soundbar & its control.

I have purchased protection plans in the past from Best Buy and other stores. Best Buy has been the easiest to deal with. This plan is for the protection of a big screen t.v. Actually a replacement TV, for which I had purchased the protection plan at the time of purchase. Again, easy to use and friendly helpful agents.

I highly rate this service. Something went wrong with my Samsung TV. Luckily I bought a Geek Squad warranty. After three attempts at repairing the tv. Geek squad warranty replaced the tv.. I even bought a Geek Squad warranty on the new TV. They were very professional on installing the replacement tv. Great product.

The service included delivery, setup of my new TV, removal of old TV and packaging material. The technician set up my TV and remote. He instructed me in the use of the smart features of myTV. For me, as someone not too adept in technology, this was a hassle free setup for me. I was glad to have this service available to me.

Although I paid the fee for Geek Squad to check out my Sony TV, the back panel was shot. Nothing could be done. The gentleman who came out was very professional and suggested that I see a TV in store before purchase. I am so glad he said that. It made all the difference for me in my new purchase. I received a coupon for10% off of a new TV.

I got a call ahead so was able to get my animals in the other room. They showed up when they said, were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant all around. Answered all questions I had. I would recommend to go ahead and let them help install anything you have. I have used it prior to this and they were superb each time.

My friend who I helped pick out a TV and mounting unit needed someone to mount the mount to the wall. I had a time constraint so I could not help her out. She paid for the Geek Squad to come out to the house. The squad was very profession, did clean work and made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving.
