Had to return the first TV because of defect, so the sent a gentlemen to exchange the TVs. Real Nice guy, but had no idea how to set it up. I don't blame him, but supervision sent the wrong guy. Thankfully, I knew how to set it up. For those who don't, your not going to be happy.

Since we wanted our old TV picked up and recycled we opted for BB delivery!!! The delivery team did an excellent job of keeping us informed!!! They arrived on time as scheduled and were very professional about the entire delivery process including setup and explaining the featuresl!!! We are very happy with our purchase!!!

I was expecting the installers to be able to make all essential connections. Perhaps it was because of language difficulties that the two installers did not understand what I needed but they were not able to connect the TV to the Infinity X-1 cable box. I was surprised as that is pretty basic. They left suggesting I call the Geek Squad or Comcast for help. I figured it out myself - it was pretty easy and obvious. Other than that, the two installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Oh yes, they arrived much too early for the appointment - I wasn't home at the time; they were sitting on my steps waiting for me about an hour early. I would have been upset if they just left before I returned home but they just waited for me. For that, I thank them...

When my TV quit working I checked for the instruction book that came with it and was surprised to find that I had purchased an additional warranty! I selected a new TV online and Best Buy had it delivered and installed for free by Geek Squad. Very professional and friendly technician. Excellent Service!

Kelton & Tom were very professional & knowledgeable. Kelton truly went the extra step... he was here twice... the first time he noticed that the TV had been dropped...he arranged for the new unit to be delivered the very next day. Tom made sure we were offered the maintenance contract. Overall wonderful experience.

Called before arrival, setup was quick and they left the area clean. They were professional and friendly, even asking if I was satisfied with the placement of the TV on the stand. Thank you Best Buy for hauling away a 57 inch back projection TV from the basement. What a joy to have this monstrosity out of my home.

The two guys who came to deliver/install my TV were polite and quiet. It took them a few moments of reading the users manual to figure out a few things but they did have everything hooked to the TV and working when they left. Very clean as well. No trash left behind.

I can’t say enough good things about the geek squad. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. The made all of the cords look neat and organized - they took all of the packing and they insisted on wearing booties. Gave us a very thorough tutorial. Would not do it any other way. Worth the very small charge.

They arrived on time, phoned in advance, and made the installation to my expectations. Took the time to make necessary software/program adjustments and updates as well as testing the TV prior to leaving. All boxes were removed, and simply I was impressed with their knowledge and trying that they gave to me and my wide.

Geek squad is awesome.... Very careful and thorough. Polite and courteous. They were in and out in a flash without making me feel that they were only trying to get to their next stop. They made sure I was sure about all they had done and understood how to operate the TV. Just WOW... Worth the time and money...

The two installers, Tim & Shawn were efficient & quite knowledgeable about the product features & what was available in my area. They answered my questions & showed me how to operate the different functions of the "Smart" TV. VERY happy I decided to have them install this for me. Would highly recommend!!

The Best Buy Geek Squad has always done a great job and this visit was no exception! They made this setup quick and simple! They are so knowledgeable and helpful! It was well worth paying them to setup! It would have taken us 3 times as long and aggravations! Fifty dollars well spent!

I set up many TVs before, and bestbuy gave me this service due to my Tv being insured. I did not know what to expect but when they came to set up my new TV, i didnt even have to left a finger. Everything when done for me and explained right. very nice people. thank u bestbuy

They called to give me advanced warning of their arrival and they arrived on time. They placed the unit where I needed it and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. They made sure the box and all other material was taken with them. They were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

We elected to have a Geek squad technician install our new smart TV. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with his professionalism, expertise and he stayed until we were totally satisfied and he had answered all our questions. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

We recently bought a 65" LG TV and had the Geek Squad install and hook up a cable box and VCR. Our technician was very professional...informative...courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend their services...especially if you are not electronically savvy! Thank you!

Geek squad was good setting up my TV, they know how to get the best picture possible with a TV product. the reason for the five stars is because you want the best picture and sound when you buy a high dollar systems. They are really good and you can learn a lot by asking question and getting truthful answers.

When the delivery was made the young men unpacked the tv set it in place turned it on and set it up for our cable network, we very satisfied. We did the final adjustment for color and fit to screen, fairly easy to figure out. I am 85 years old but I can usually follow instructions, if they make sense to me..

The 2 gentlemen arrived on time and even called ahead to make sure we were still ready for them. They carefully unpacked & set up the TV, tested, and showed me the basic operation before leaving. Also asked if I had any questions, cleaned up, and made sure I was satisfied with their service.

A worthwhile investment. I used this service because I felt when buying a 75 inch TV that weighs nearly 100 pounds that it would be smarter to have someone here to make sure it works properly before I unboxed it and was blamed for damaging it myself. Peace of mind!
