Best Buy's Geek Squad delivered and setup my new Samsung 55" MU9000 4K HDTV. The lead Geek Squad agent was very communicative and ensured that I was satisfied with my delivery and setup. Overall, good delivery service with setup although a little expensive.

The fellow who came to my house when we had a warranty request happened to be the same who brought the replacement TV to our home. He delivered, installed and setup the TV all within an hour. Was extremely nice and helpful when showing me how to operate it. Would recommend to anyone.

They brought our TV in and set it up for us. They explained how to use the system and made sure we understood the basic options offered on the TV and answered our questions. They offered their numbers so if we had questions we could contact them. They were very helpful.

I am glad that I purchased this set-up option. I suspect that I could have read the manuals and conducted the set-up on my own, but these guys made short-work of the process. They were also there to answer my big questions about the set-up and the equipment.

The delivery and set up of the LG 70" TV was on time, quick and efficient. The installers were polite and friendly and explained how to operate the new set. I had them install due to the weight of the set and that it may have been difficult for one person to set up. Well worth the cost.

The setup was quick and the crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Still had my old TV's box, made it easy for them to remove the old TV and take it. Recommend keeping your box, makes moving easier and cheaper than buying one for moving $$$$ if they have the size you need.

The two members that came to set up my TV did an excellent job. They programed all of the stations I like and made sure that I knew how to operate it. They gave me great instructions on using the remote. They were very polite and patient and answered all of my questions.

The installer showed up on time and called ahead twice before arriving. He set everything up, made sure we knew how to use the new tv and hauled away the old one. If you're not completely up to speed on all the new electronics, this is a must....not sure if I could have figured it out.

Geek squad delivered and set up my new 65 inch LG OLED TV. Very courteous and competent professionals. Fast,efficient and very knowledgeable. Programmed my Direct TV remote to the new TV. Provided me a demo and answered all questions. Also, removed all boxes and trash. A great experience.

Technician was knowledgeable and spent time with us to explain how to use the television. He also hooked up our stereo and again explained to us how the stereo system will work with the television. He also assembled the television stand and took his time so that nothing broke.

I highly recommend getting including the tv setup when you purchase a TV at Best Buy. That way you aren't responsible for dropping the TV while assembling the TV stand and the geek squad makes sure that there aren't any dead pixels on the screen and connect it to one source (like cable TV).

Geek Squad helped me identify a problem with my old TV, resolved it quickly, and very happy with the result. It is well worth the money to have the Geek Squad plan to protect your high end TV. Very pleased with professional service, both over the phone and in the store.

When my less than 3 year old 55" tv quit and was determined not able to be fixed, I was given 95% credit towards a new tv. According to repairmen, 3 years is about what to expect from new tvs. So now I have a new 4K tv for nothing, although it did cost me $90 for a new 5 year plan.

I could not wait to get my new Sony 4K TV. The guys were great and got to my home 3 hrs early. I was so happy. They did a outstanding job showed me what I needed to know and were fun to talk to. They cleaned up everything and on they went. I am very happy with there work.

The driver/installers were friendly and professional. I was just a little disappointed because the Associate at Best Buy told me they would show me how to use my TV, remote etc., but they actually weren’t familiar with my specific unit.

Ayden and his helper did an awesome job. The TV cabinet I could tell was very difficult to assemble but they did a very good job. They explained how the TV operated and explained the remote. They also installed the sound bar. They did an excellent job.

We purchased new TV due to Old TV failure. Old TV was 40-inch conventional and quite heavy. Set up crew removed old TV and took it away Set up crew was polite an courteous and completed the work efficiently..Definitely a plus for Best Buy. .

I went with setup mainly because they removed my old TV which was a 200 pound rear projection tv. They came and put everything together and made sure it worked, removed old tv and took box etc. away. Worth the money to have tv removed.

The guys cared about my satisfaction with the product. Took the time to explain some of the features of the TV, and cleaned up the debris left. What more could I expect? They delivered that too, a pleasant attitude and a smile the entire interaction. Great work!

Choosing Geek Squad to do my set-up saved me the stress of doing it myself. They programed my television and digital cable set-top box easily and of course, quickly. These guys we extremely professional, and of course, knowledgable in their jobs.
