From now on I will have Geek Squad set me up. It was I joy to sit back and not have to read any instructions and be shown and told how to use it. Thank you guys for your professionalism, explainations, and good conversation. I met some good people that day.

Choosing Geek Squad to do my set-up saved me the stress of doing it myself. They programed my television and digital cable set-top box easily and of course, quickly. These guys we extremely professional, and of course, knowledgable in their jobs.

Great add on to mate with the Sony TV I purchased. The base is great but no overbearing. Kicks in when it's supposed too. Fully featured and when purchased with the TV there was a substantial discount from Sony that was taken off at the point of sale. Great product.

Though there was some confusion as to delivery day and time, and it look a day longer to receive the product, I was very impressed with the service I was given during the appointment. The product was installed to my liking, and in a very timely manner. Thanks Best Buy!

I have to write that I was very well satisfied with the geek squad installer. A few may get the wrong one but this guy was professional. He came in, unpacked the TV, hooked it up,set up the remote, answered my questions, cleaned up and left. Enough said

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE 3 TIMES. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE LAST TRIP GOT EVERYTHING IN GOOD SHAPE. THE TV HAD PROBLEMS AND THEY BROUGHT ME A NEW ONE. JESSICA REALLY DID A GOOD JOB BY HERSELF, BUT DUSTIN WAS REALLY NICE TOO.

I was expecting them to provide a full service setup, however all that was provided was basic connection to the cable. They did remove my old heavy set and were very professional with respect to the service that they did provide.

The geek squad member never showed up. When I called in was told the set up was complete. But no one was ever here except the delivery people. I asked to be contacted by management still waiting. Purchase date was Oct. 10 it is dec. 20th.

The setup people were very careful with my curved screen tv and figured out how to mount it on top of my stand. They obviously knew what they were doing and everything went smoothly. It was well worth the money to let them do this when your tv is big (like a 65").

The two technicians that came to bring my TV work Streamley nice seem to be very efficient set up and connection of the TV. They were very polite answered any questions I asked in the war in and out in under an hour. Awesome!

I was really impressed with the ease with which the Geek Squad set up our tv and sound bar. Also, when we needed them to stop over and clear up some problems we thought we were having, they were able to take care of them almost right away.

My new tv was returned two days later. Excellent service. I had originally turned down the offer for a service contract. Cost conscious. But, he explained in depth how I could save with one call alone, and I could call for any problem. So, I bought it!!

There were 2 of them. They were nice and pleasant. Professional. Set up was fast, they took away the trash. It was also raining that day and they took the time to cover their shoes so they wouldn't track water through my house

The Geek Squad came and set-up our new Sony and took away our old Toshiba. They let us know when they were 30 minutes out and did a great job. They were a bit rushed being the Christmas season. Overall, great work.

A Geek Squad installer did deliver TV to your home address, unbox, place and plug in the TV on your supplied furniture and program one of one client supplied source remote control (cable box or Satellite) to control TV

The Geek squad showed me how to use the features on this television. My modem and router were hooked up to old tv by cable co. . Geek squad was able to connect those to new tv. They were nice enough to put my old tv in my bedroom.

I wish you had more 'stars' for their rating. I must admit the folks who do set up are probably the reason we keep going back to Best Buy - you can buy great products anywhere. But the service team is absolutely the best. We've never had a bad experience.

My new Sony TV was delivered and set up by the two Geek Squad guys who were very polite and cordidal to me. I would never have been able to set up this TV if I hadn't paid for the delivery and installation. It was worth every penny and more.

The fee (around $50) I paid for delivery and set up of my new television was well worth the cost. I was kept in the loop on delivery time via email and telephone calls. The service men were knowledgeable, courteous, and best of all, on time.

Geek squad called and was able to arrive much earlier than expected. This suited me fine and the crew was efficient in getting my tv up and working. Programed cable box and all remotes.And gave me good advice about operation before they left.
