The 2 young gentlemen who set up my 65" Samsung Smart TV were the absolute best. They knew everything and guided this old lady through all the steps so that I wouldn't be lost in a tech maze of confusion. Was worth the extra $$ for the setup.

The set up by the Geek squad was perfect. They completely set up tv, pared the remotes for my dish and the t.v., explained in detail how to operate the t.v., and answered all my questions. They were professional and courteous in all respects.

We have the Geek Squad install all of our products as they do such a professional job - they know tricks and ways to improve the products that we would never think of. They are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the products they install.

The guys were awesome. Friendly and polite. They were on time and called to let me know. They got the remote sync. Only issue was the time didn’t change as it was supposed too. And I believe that should be corrected and fixed

We needed a 75 inch Sony TV switched due to a defect. There were no questions. They arrive to our place when at a time that was convenient for us and switched it out. No stress. No mess.

Unboxed and setup my tv in record time although there were some issues with the actual connecting to internet and cable services. Nothing big, just a little more time was involved. Well worth the charge.

This the first time I have used the Geek Squad to install my electronics. The LG OLED TV seemed a little daunting at first, but five minutes of "how to" after the installation, I was very comfortable on how to setup the tv the way I wanted it.

They were supposed to show up within a four hour window and they did. Very polite and accommodating. One guy even helped me start to set up the TV with the remote until he saw I was doing just fine. Really an easy pleasant transaction.

Geek squad recently set up my new Samsung 55" HDTV. Agent was friendly and performed his task quickly and expertly.. Agent reviewed pertinent operating instructions with me. My experiences with the Geek Squad has been very satisfying.

The team members showed up promptly at 9:00 am those up my new TV. They were both very efficient and loaded off my old TV. They showed me how to turn on off my TV and hope to switch back and forth to my DVD.

Gary and his partner arrived exactly on time. They also took extra time to explain to us the basic intricacies of our new tv and its operation/functions. They were very thorough and patient in answering all our questions.

delivery personal did bad job when setting up TV. geek squad set very knowledgeable installer out who made repairs. he explained how to set up TV controller and use all functions. he did a very good job.

Replacement for 12 year old plasma. Picture much sharper but viewing angle and blackness not quite as good. Smart features work well but have not used oral capabilities yet. Happy with purchase.

I have utilized the Geek Squad for my computers and TV's over the past 15 after purchasing the warranties for the devices. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple and fast.

The best part of my 55" Samsung was the team that installed it. They came on time, were quick, took the time to make sure I knew all about it. They even wore "booties" to protect the carpet. Having it installed is the only way to go.

From opening of the box and to final tv setup, this service techs delivered for what I hopped and expected paid for quality and understanding that my limited knowledge of an innovative tv was needing an expert to set it up

Sorry, a Geek Squad installer didn't deliver the TV. It was a third party delivery system. They did a simple setup on our Dish remote control. I would have give it a 5 if it had been a Geek Squad person.

Two guys showed up with the very large box, brought it up to the second floor condo, unwrapped and set up in no time. They were very nice and answered all my questions, even offering their cell numbers in case I had any trouble.

They came and removed the old TV and installed the new one on time and quickly. We were replacing a defective one and as soon as they walked in they could tell it was faulty and made sure the new one was working great.
