While lots of self-assembled furniture can have a cheap look and feel, this is a very attractive and sturdy piece of furniture. For the price, it's a fabulous deal. Assembly is not difficult, though hanging the doors to close properly does require some patience and a knowledge of such hinges that exceeds what the instructions themselves provide.

Easy to assemble. Great storage space and component shelves. Is made of solid wood. Out TV is heavy - 42" plasma - and our previous stand bowed in the middle from the weight. not this console. Holds the weight very well!

Very nice piece of furniture with lots of storage. Takes 3 - 4 hrs. to assemble but worth it!

The cabin is a beautiful wood-like look. Classy style.

First TV stand appeared ok until it was assembled then noticed all the nicks and dents all over. Provided pen did not match. Company did not back their product at all stating they had no other pen and basically said, "oh well". Best Buy came through! Second one sent had 2 pieces of one section, and lacked a needed part. Since I wasn't going to order a third, my ingenious son was able to take from the first one, and make the needed part. Best Buy arranged free pickup for the first one. I am so disappointed in Walker Edison for not caring about the quality of their product or the customer and putting their responsibility on the middleman; especially for the amount of money I spent. I give kudos to Best Buy!

This console was purchased to hold a large TV. The shelves are perfect for A/V components, and there is lots of storage space for DVDs and more. I purchased it on sale and compared to other consoles it was a great deal. Shipment arrived on time- delivered to home. Major drawback was the amount of time it took to assemble the unit, and at certain steps two people were definitely helpful if not absolutely necessary. The other drawback is the bottom center support needed to be "adjusted " with movement- design flaw?

It's an ok unit, the dimensions are not as big as advertised so I had to take the back off in order for my units to fit inside. It also didn't go together very well as it arrived warped.

I purchased this TV stand for my son's room. It was perfect for holding all the video equipment and games. Cords and clutter were no longer a problem thanks to this TV stand.

When I received I thought that was bad choice but after I begin reading the instructions and saw the simple it was I get very satisfied

Looks good in the family room, probably not appropriate for a formal living room. The look is good. Solid feel.

We bought a new 55" TV and we needed a console for it. After looking online and at multiple stores this one was the only perfect fit. It is a nice piece of furniture that would fit with any decor being black, it's sturdy and very easy to put together.

I would definitely buy this again if I need another entertainment center. This is definitely a great deal for the money and so easy to put together. Gotta love it!! Drew

I purchased this cabinet to go with my new TV that was destroyed during Hurricane Harvey

It worked for the TV and space. All wood construction.

I usually hate taking on assembly projects but this one was easy to do with the instructions and came together in just a couple of hours. Really a great looking piece of furniture and very functional in our game room.

While the cabinet was packed in styrofoam it did have some minor dings and scratches. The included touch up marker resolved most of them. The main thing to know is the space for a receiver was small. It is barely 17 inches wide and not deep enough for the receiver and cables that plug in behind. Our receiver is new and fairly standard size. An extra inch wide in each doored area and two inches deeper would be better. I had to cut an extra hole so the cables stick out the back and the door can close.

We were looking for a solid, but inexpensive console for our new TV. This one is perfect. It is very sturdy and was easy to put tpgether

Solid construction. Easy to put together. Very happy with it

It's actually as nice as the picture. The only things I would worry about is if you get it shipped that nothing is broken. Thankfully, all pieces were there. The only complaint I have is that a few pieces weren't properly cut and didn't fit nicely. It took a little handyman skills to get everything nice and seamless. You do have to put it together yourself but that keeps the cost down a little bit. I'd recommend this product but make sure you pick it up at the store and then check all your pieces for damage and proper fitting.
