I bought a new tv last month. I scheduled a tv calibration for a month later. The guy came out, was helpful at changing a few settings (most I did beforehand), and made sure I was happy.

Geek Squad.calibrated my 55 inch OLED. There is truly a difference, for the better.

I am glad the offer the calibration service. If you purchase a high end TV, calibration is a must. The technician was very professional.

I am sorry to say it was a horrible experience I inquired about TV calibration And I set up for the appointment and I pay the fee which is $250 upfront when they came to my house it was Two gentlemen with no ID no uniform nothing that will allow me to see that they work for Best Buy to be honest I was a little scared to let them inside my house one of them was holding a screwdriver and with a broken English he asked me where is the TV to install at this point I wander where is the laptop as well as the Equipment to calibrate the TV the only thing he was holdin was a screwdriver I’ll proceed to inform the gentleman I pay for TV calibration nothing else he told me he was a third-party contractor assemble the TV on stand and connected to the Internet I told him I did that already as you can see and I know how to connect my TV to the Internet I explain to himI made this appointment for TV calibrationObviously I had to cancel whatever this appointment was and to my surprise when I call back To get a Answer of what happen they told me that they don’t really do tv calibrations now this is the best part now I have to wait a number amount of weeks to get my refund on a number amount of phone calls trying to explain the situation I will never buy anything from Best Buy again because of this that is not how you do business

I have not used it for my new TV yet but I have used it in the past and it did a nice job especially if you use it in conjunction with a Total Tech plan and save a few $$$.

Luke is experienced and did a great job doing the calibration and explaining it to me and my techy photographer son. I have Total Tech Support as well so the calibration was very reasonable.

The agent called and arrived on time. performed the TV calibration timely and professionally. Made sure everything was working smoothly and explained what was being done. Great job!

Love this service! Have had both TV’s calibrated by Geek Squad and no issues! Highly recommend this service. They even follow up with a phone call to ensure everything is working properly.

My Geek Squad member, Chris, did an excellent job getting in touch with me. However, after waiting 2 weeks to get my pc monitor/tv calibrated, I was told there is no one qualified to calibrate monitors. Even though I can use my monitor as a tv, there is not one person trained by Best Buy who can handle monitor calibration. Not one! That is outrageous! I am a photographer, and I use my monitor to edit on a daily basis. There is no one around our area that can do the work. I highly recommend BB train some people, as I'm sure there are others out there who need this done. The color must be absolutely perfect to put on social media and to make prints. I'm only giving this 2 stars because my technician was great in informing me of all of this information. Best Buy, you need to get the ball rolling on this!!!

The Geeksquad tech called to let me know exactly what time to expect him and he was right on time. He was very organized and very knowledgeable. Pleasant experience.!!!

I’m very pleased with the job the technician did in calibrating my Sony OLED A9F. He showed up on time and went to task. In about an hour I had a beautifully calibrated TV. Great Service.

In my case, it was in-office calibration. The team arrived an hour late; however what they did to create a perfect installation/calibration more than made up for it.

Geeks were great, said it was too early for calibration, they suggested 30 days. They were able to assist with the old TV we moved to different room

Three TVs calibrated by Best Buy with amazing results. If you want the best from your TV investment do not try settings from the Internet, call Best Buy and get it doe right. Very satisfied.

This was top notch service right here I wish I could give 10 stars tv calibration is perfect and I’d recommend to anyone that’s serious bout picture quality.

So I got Best Buy to calibrate my tv and boy not only does it work it definitely make my gaming and movie watching even more beautiful thanks Best Buy for the hook up

The Geek Squad Tech that did my TV Calibration was Great, Friendly, Knowledge able about TV setting and asked for both Mine and my Wife if picture was to our liking, Would use Geek Squad again
