I gave this review two stars for several reasons. The tech guy who calibrates quickly set up the colors for 4K. This is fine when watching 4K. The issue is other media types such as DVD, Blu-Ray and even Netflix. The colors on those seem off. Gaming has the same issue. It would be nice if they set a few setting up for the different scenerios that you will watch.

Geek squad calibration is highly recommended! Professional and fast, they fixed the red color bias I had with my hisense h9g

I would recommend this service to anyone who buys a mid to high tier set. The color is great for all types of programming. They also take into account the ambient light in the viewing area. My specific set (out of the box) had an ambient light sensor that was causing my picture to be overly dark. Not any more. The technician really knew his stuff and was able to explain most things so that I understood what he was talking about. He even e-mailed me a report with settings after the calibration process. I will not buy another set unless I have this service done. There is a burn-in period of 100 or so hours before they will do the calibration.

Great sound I use this for work. Or when I’m doing stuff outside , love how it last just about the whole day of usage..

The Agent explained to me how the colors on your TV really should be and got it to really pop when you are watching HD content.

I have to say that I was very impressed by the Geek Squad service when it came to TV calibration. Jason gave me two calls letting me know exactly when he would be here, then spent 2 hours working on the TV to get it just right. He explained exactly what he was doing. Not only did he adjust the TV, but he made sure all of the other components were setup correctly as well. (apparently I had a setting incorrect on my XBOX One S that he fixed). At the end, he emailed me a complete report of the before and after settings which was pretty cool. I would definitely use this service again.
