Our 65" Sony TV was calibrated and at first we didn't like it because the color wasn't as bold, but now we are used to it.

Geek Squad team did a great job with the calibration of my new Sony tv. Really made a nice improvement to the picture.

The agent advices us to cancel this service because the TV we bought doesn’t need it.

I bought this item in order to get the colors on my 4K ultra HD TV collaberated. I called numberous times to set up an appointment. I was told each time that I would be called back. I was not called back at all. I waited at least one WEEK for a call back. Finally I went in to Best Buy and waited for about an hour for them to figure out what was going on only to find out they dont even employ anyone who actually does this type of work. I could have just been told that the first time I called and I would not be so upset. No reason to keep me waiting on the phone lines as well as in the store. Maked me rethink even using Best Buy for future purchases.

I had my lg oled tv calibrated. The picture was awesome out of the box. I’m honestly not sure I would have paid 250 to get it calibrated.

I didnt know that this service was available or necessary until Best Buy techs suggested. Get this service
