    Geek Squad was on time and quickly installed TV.

    After several weeks of dragging their feet, Geek Squad was instrumental in getting new TV to replace the lemon TV initially installed. We are very grateful to Brad (Yorba Linda store) for leading the effort. The team who installed replacement TV were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The recovery of service has restored our faith in the ability of Best Buy to stand behind the products they sell.

    TV Calibration Rocks

    Geek Squad calibrated my TV. This is the second TV I had them do, and both were worth the cost. House guests often comment about how good the TV colors are, and this is my secret weapon! It's a little sad that manufacturers don't do this calibration out of the box.

    Worth the money

    I was skeptical at first upon hearing of this service but after talking to the sales associate went ahead and purchased it. The geek squad associate contacted me ahead of time for the appointment. He was very prompt for the appointment and considerate of the house. He explained what he was doing as he went through the tuning and provided a detailed report of the settings of both before and after the tuning. He answered all of our questions. I would buy this again when we get a new tv.

    I hade my 2018 Sony a9f calibrated and it is definitely a difference when watching movies or tv even playing videos games on it. Calibration was easy only took about 30 minutes to complete. Sony and LG are easier to calibrate thanks to the hardware they put in to the TVs. Colors are more accurate and if your buying especially an OLED than definitely think about getting a calibration

    Tech was very knowledgeable. He helped explain to me and finish setting up the sound bar and tv I had just purchased. Original crew that setup tv and sound bar were less than subpar. Glad i purchased Calibration just for that alone. Once he calibrated tv the picture is wayyy more realistic than out of the box. He also explained what he did and the effects from his calibration. Very worth it

    If you don't do anything else, have your tv calibrated. The tv settled for the first 3 months and colors looked fine. After calibration it looked even better. Greens looked like limes, now golf coursed look natural. He also helped trouble shoot my tv signal. The router port my hard wired tvs and dvr were connectedto had gone out. Swapped ports and all is running excellent.

    Get it calibrated!

    I have bought several high dollar Sony TVs and have gotten each of them calibrated. The picture from the factory is ok until you see it after. The colors are more accurate and the faces look real not reddish as most tvs look. It is well worth the money is you are an avid movie watcher.

    Sony tv calibration

    This is the 2nd time I have had Randall come to my home. The first time was for a new home theatre set up and this time was for the TV calibration only. He is very nice, really knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to do things extra like this time adding Two remotes onto one without me asking and what I enjoy the most is how he explains things along the way and when he is done. Best Buy is very lucky to have him.

    We purchased a TV on line for home delivery.and ordered a calibration. The tech advised us to wait a few weeks for the TV to set in. Than he came out. He began his initial calibration and determined that the picture display was bad, and we should request an exchange, which we did. We could tell the difference immediately. Than we waited for weeks for the TV to set in. The te ch returned and did an excellent calibration.

    We are very happy with the technician who preformed the calibrations. He did both of our new LG CX’s. 77in in the livingroom and 55in in the master bedroom. He arrived fir appointment when promised and spent over 4hrs at our home. He also answered any questions we had.

    Great experience from magnolia calibrator

    The calibrator for Magnolia arrived promptly at the designated time and performed a fantastic job calibrating my television the whole process took about an hour and a half with my Samsung and he was very careful to wear a mask and keep his distance. I would definitely do it again.

    The gentleman that did the calibration was very thorough and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend that TVs get the calibration. Contrast, clarity, and color were all improved. But the overall image quality is ONLY as good as the incoming signal. Your tv can upscale the image so much.

    The experience was super easy and informative. The agent walked me through what was happening and how every change in color, made a difference in the other colors. It was really neat to watch the tv change from what I thought was perfect color to what actually was perfect color and true white. I’d recommend this to everyone who watches a lot of movies and spends a lot of time on the tv! Thanks!

    The technician calibrated our TV and went above and beyond the normal setup procedure to accomplish this. First he explained the purposed of calibration then, once calibrated, he explained the difference between the normal and custom calibrated screen and how we could make adjustments if necessary. He provided excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable and competent.

    The technicin who calibrated the LG CX TV waS VERY COMPETENT and knowledgeable. The picture and sounds is excellent due to his his level of knowledge of the TV. I really appreciate a technician who works at this level.

    I wondered if I was wasting money. Wondered if technician would be qualified. My concerns faded away after watching the tech complete the calibration. Picture much better. Tech did a great job. If you’re wanting the best possible picture you need to get this done.

    We did not see a big change in the quality of the picture. We do like the oled tv very much. The service person was very helpful in helping us understand how to use the tv..

    Geek Squad callibrated my 82" Samsung TV

    We bought a new 82" Samsung TV for the super bowl game and when it was delivered the Best Buy guy recommended having it calibrated after a few months of use. WOW what a difference! The Best Buy tech was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. It was so good we scheduled a 2nd TV calibration as well. I highly recommend this service.

    It took forever to get ahold of Best Buy Geek Squad Tech for calibration. The experience was horrible. Once A-Tech actually got scheduled and c a m e e so far okay.
