The Geek Squad agent performed a complete calibration of our recently purchased Sony OLED TV. He explained every step of the process as it was performed. We are extremely pleased with the picture quality after this calibration and highly recommend this service. The agent could not have been more professional or pleasant.

If you purchased one of the new high end LED TVs, then get this done! Only takes about an hour and the tech was awesome!! Had this done to our new Samsung Q80 QLED TV and it makes a big difference in the picture. I thought the quality was good, then the wife pushed to have this done and now it's awesome! Having your TV calibrated to your room makes a big difference!

After spending $3200 for a Sony OLED thought it was worth $50 to calibrate the TV. Noticed an improvement in picture and color though screen was a little darker. Technician explained everything he was doing and the science behind it. He also did multiple settings for cable and streaming as well as day and night.

It took a couple of appointments, however in the end my LG OLED 65” looked as good or better than the “over geeked” demo display models in the store.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I felt like a had a really high end 4K HDR TV that wasn't providing the optimal picture quality. The tech was extremely helpful and even offered to come back anytime, but the picture quality improvement was minimal at best. For $250 I don't think I got my money's worth.

The TV calibration is performed on new TV after 90 days of use. If you have Total Tech Support this is a $50 item The technician spends around 2 hours tuning the colors on your TV then reviews the changes made and how to return back to original if you don't like the changes. Very happy with the results

The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgeable and quick. I did not realize how out of whack a TV can be right out of the box. When you spend a large amount of money for a nice TV, you want to make sure you're getting everything out of it you can. Do yourself a favor and get the these guys to calibrate your TV.

I've always liked the Geek Squad. This time they had to come to my house for a TV calibration. The technician took his time and calibrated our new TV with precision. At first I thought we didn't need but then I gave into my wife. It was well worth the tune up - made a different in the TV viewing.

I would recommend everyone have a TV calibration on your main TV. It was amazing the difference in the colors of the picture after the calibration. We did not know how off the color was until it was right. Does not take long and well worth it.

many People are not aware of the difference a tv calibration makes. The factory settings are not adjusted to your home environment. the tech uses a computerized system to adjust your tv to the room. I highly recommend this improvement to anyone who has a high end television (eg. a Sony or LG 4K UHD).

The Sony 75” 950G TV had great color out of the box, but I wanted to make sure I would get the best picture possible. I booked an appointment with the Geek Squad for a complete calibration. The result was deeper color saturation and a picture that popped. Well worth the minor investment after the major investment of the TV itself.

I was extremely impressed with the entire calibration process from Best Buy, from booking through the service itself. The young man who came to the house arrived on schedule and spent as much time as was necessary to "get it right." He was very knowledgeable, answered every question I had and explained everything he was doing in as much detail as I wanted. He didn't rush or cut corners to get finished, even though he lived a good distance away and it was late on a weekday afternoon. Then there's the WOW!! The results out of my 2016 LG OLED TV are outstanding! I had tried some calibration on my own using a Blu-ray disc that I bought online, but I knew it could be better, and it most definitely is. 250 bucks isn't cheap, but the results have been well worth every penny. I'm continually blown away by the accuracy of the colors and the contrasts, both with live sports, which I watch a lot of, and with 4k UHD discs via the Xbox One S that I recently purchased (also from Best Buy). Kudos to LG, to Best Buy and to the gentleman who calibrated my set. Lovely, lovely, lovely!!!

You pay for the best 4K HDTV you can afford. After approx. 200 hrs. of viewing, it will then be ready for calibration. The Geek Squad tech made my LG OLED look even better than I could imagine. HIGHLY recommend having this done.

I have an LG OLED 65E7P. Beautiful tv. Tech did a good job explaining everything he was doing although I didn’t like the result. I think the problem is that Best Buy doesn’t have the software yet to calibrate HDR. I reset my tv back to factory settings. Possibly just my viewing preference.

They came to my house they calibrate an LGC8 and they did a pretty good collaboration I see the colors better and that gama is right on the money

The tech knew his trade and explained what he was doing. The picture is much sharper and defined, color is more natural. I am very pleased with this service.

Installers did a great job of calibrating our 2 year old samsung 60" tv. we did have this done at puchase but noted that our tv wasnt quite a clear as we wanted. We scheduled the calibration and the Best Buy Geek squad was very punctual, polite and knowledgeable. even offered suggestions on issues with our wifi. We are very pleased with the results after the calibration!

The people that work in Geek Squad are very professional and knowledgeable. They can answer any question you ask. The calibration of our new samsung 8k tv was interesting to us. Great picture and vibrant colors. We love this tv.

Geek squad tech was very professional and with a lot of knowledge of the work done. A lot of communication in each step completed during the calibration process. I can see a better picture on the TV after the calibration watching TV shows and streaming HD and 4K video from the internet.
