Due to the virus I wasn't allowed in the room for the actual collaboration, however after the tech showed me just how bad my TV without the collaboration. I can see a big big difference and looks much better. Highly recommend doing this.

We use Geek Squad for everything electronic and Greg was exceptional. So professional, accurate, and knowledgeable about it all. He left no stone unturned....so pleased.

The gentleman was late but he did call 2 minutes prior to he service window closing to touch base with me. All in all he came and was nice and completed the job.

I have been a total tech and best buy Elite plus member for many years and have never been so disappointed with a product/service. I have three TV's that were calibrated by the same tech in the Novi MI area this year. I bought a LG C8, Vizio Quantum X, and a Samsung 8500 curved. I always read reviews and use You tube to get as much info about the products & services so I know what to expect. Product Details explains how the agent will create a custom presets for different room ambiances A. Day Mode & B. Night Mode. Agent should also perform a pre-calibration and "SHOULD"take a second reading of your settings so that they can provide an assessment that "SHOULD' be E-mailed to you.I never received a Day Mode or a Night Mode or an Email. I was told by Best Buy Mgr. that the tech had 10 plus years of experience and that if I know so much about calibrations why didn't I do the calibrations myself. Agent spent approximately 40 minutes per TV. Customer service is horrible. Workmanship Warranty saved me from the agents poor work ethics and Mgrs poor customer service.

This is the second TV I have had calibrated, years ago a plasma and now a 65Q9FN. After the expense of the TV it’s worth a little extra $$$ for the daily viewing. No more glowing bright colors but instead natural looking. Highly recommended.

Agent calibrated my 4k 75" Samsung QLED and did an excellent job, explaining each step and demonstrating variables. With 4k available on Amazon Prime, etc. I can enjoy the best picture resolution.

As a techno person needing help with electronics I think the Geek plan is well worth the money. I recently paid for the new version. The Best Buy Geeks people in Pflugerville have been very helpful and I am glad they are there for me when I need them.

I’ve had every TV I’ve owned calibrated. Seeing true colors is especially important to me ! Just as important as accurate sound reproduction. Friendly and knowledgeable professional technician made sure my tv was accurately reproducing proper colors.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The picture on my Samsung 8500 UHDTV has never looked better!

My TV was calibrated about one month ago. The agents were professional and appeared to follow the Covid-19 protocols. My tv looks great and made a referral for a second tv Calibration for my brother-in-law.

The technician doesn't about an hour and a half meticulously going through each device input and making sure each had no glitches in the picture. He explained the prices and left my TV looking great!!!

If you are looking for the same experience on the stoop floor, then calibration is a must for any TV or projector. Eagerly awaiting the calibration to take place but have to wait to clock 100hrs or so before this procedure can be completed on the projector.

Had my dads Samsung MU8000 82’ calibrated for its best performance possible. Although it’s only a midrange TV the calibration helped get the most realistic colors possible.

The calibration of my Q7 and receiver was great. Alberto helped us understand much more about our entertainment systems. We can now customize our tv stereo and speakers.

TV' settings from the factory are not ideal, often too much blue. I have used this service repeatedly. The Tech will provide before and after specs on what the TV was doing. IF you want to see TRUE picture, this service is a must have.

I have dealt with Best Buy before on their in home services so i kind of expect great service. Korey and his assistant hit it out of the park as usual answering every question and describing every step.

Samsung KS8000 calibrated. I got the calibration at almost half off due to a sale. The picture was awesome prior to the calibration but the detail afterwards is unbelievable. I am so happy with the results.

Made a great difference in clarity to include colors and black and gray. Took a little time to get used to if your adjusted to the factory preset with over contrast and bloated/bright colors.
