Tony came to calibrate my TV on time. Called me on his way. Toni is very nice, courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job, the colors and brightness are as perfect as one can get. Would definitely recommend this service and Tony at the Costa Mesa BestBuy store.

Matt has helped us in so many way and is always ready to explain things to us as he is working with 80 year olds and sometimes it takes more than one time to tell us. He will always repeat if necessary until we fully understand.

We had the nicest man come and set up our tv/sound system for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He answered all out questions and then some. Very pleased.

agent was very good. Calibration seems to be OK but really didn't seem to make much difference at first. I am used to it now.

The technician who performed this service on my brand new LG 70" television was great. Very informative and explained things to me as the process was being performed. The thing I did not like that this additional service was not mentioned to me at the BEST BUY store when I was making my original purchase for the television. I only found out about it when the technician who delivered and installed my new television told me this was a service I would definitely want to have done on my new television to calibrate it and optimize it's picture quality. This was another $200+ I had to spend on top of the close to $1,800 I had just spent in the store to get my new TV, 5 YEAR in home extended warranty, etc. I would have thought a service such as this would be included with the HOME DELIVERY & SET-UP that I paid for originally. I'm still on the fence if this service was worth it or not to be honest. Kind of feel like I was baited into getting this service does because who is going to spend so much money on a 70" TV and not go the extra mile to make sure there investment is performing properly and the picture is perfect. Especially after the TV is already in your home, out of the box, etc.....

So after I purchased the Sony 77 A9. I scheduled for calibration of all my tv. Again they never showed up. Fast forward I go in couple months ago for them to get the TV calibration they now tell me I have to go through magnolia. Consequently I still haven’t done it cause I don’t have a lot of free time. Pretty disappointed at Geek Squad. Have been a bestbuy guy for over 20 years and the service is lacking these days
