Rescheduled, no showed, then did a good job

First,due to an event happening on my street they rescheduled because they had a hard time finding parking, then they no call/no showed on the follow up appointment. Finally, after I went in to the store, and without any concession offered, (discount, etc.) they showed up and did a good job. I would have rated it one star if the tech that came out wasn't so friendly and knowledgeable.

Not the Best Customer Service

They recommended we hold off on installation due to the proximity of an air vent. (We did close off air vent, to be fair.) They didn't place a box over the in-wall wires, so looked like I cut out the wall myself. I would use them again, but need to clarify exactly what you want with them because they will balk at the work.

Professional but...

Make sure you read firections
