The two-person installer team was fantastic! Unfortunately, that was the third appointment. The first appt was cancelled the morning of it for illness. The rescheduled install weeks later was thwarted because BestBuy's online system recommended an incorrect TV mount because it has the VESA pattern incorrect (that is what the installers informed me). A little over a week later the third install appt finally got everything up and running!

Mike from the Geek Squad did an exceptional job installing my 98 inch Samsung TV. He made sure it was perfectly mounted and Balance just the way I wanted it to be. He then took the time to walk me through the functionality. It was very knowledgeable and I’m glad Best Buy uses professional installers.

The guys were flexible, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job installing. I had them hauling a 98” tv up some steep stairs and they invited the challenge. Highly recommend. The service was provided for free because of a promotion, but I would have happily paid considering the superior service.

The agents “2” mounted a 65” tv and did a great job with the mounting as far as setting up my speakers and receiver was connected except for actually setting up the speakers sound quality I’d like to have that resolved

Mounting was great. But the set up of equipment failed. I can no longer used the surround sound. I had to by pass the receiver.

BestBuy sent 3 installers for our 100" TV and I am happy to report that the installers were extremely friendly, prompt, flexible and very knowledgable. Their names were: Alex, Dustin and David. The process could not have gone smoother. I also had them relocate and rehang 3 other large TVs. I 100% recommend these guys.

The New Installers were excellent, Milton was very polite and they did the job very smoothly.

Best Buy’s delivery service was excellent! The team arrived earlier than scheduled, which saved me time. They were very careful not to disturb or dirty the floor and even took away all the packaging boxes for me. Everything was handled quickly, cleanly, and professionally. I’m very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend their service!

the installation was an excellent experience. I got a 100 inch TV and I'm living on the third floor, wouldn't be able to carry this own my own and getting the installation definitely helped. The crew showed up right on time and they were so professional.

Great service. Tech Adam identified the wrong mount explained the need for a bigger mount and helped to get my appointment rescheduled. Steven came back out the next time with his partner and they were professional and quick. TV looks great.

Geek squad installed my 100 inch tv. It was a seamless process starting from getting constant updates and reminder before my appt date. At the date of my appointment, there was a bit of difficulty because the wall where the tv will be mounted has a ledge. They explained that the tv mount i purchased will not work for it. They immediately gave me my options. We proceeded with substituting my tv mount that they have for a much lesser price of the tv mount i purchased. They explained very well and patiently the details to me. After that, they set up my TV to work and explained how my tv works. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of mounting their tv
