3 wall mounts & TV's very efficiently & neatly installed... Fully explained all features/functions... Cordial & neat geek squad people... arrived on time & performed as promised & expected... beautiful pictures on all TV's! I'm pleased & happy!

Hey, I usually get geek squad for installs, the last company that came out was contracted by BB. I wasn't happy with them. There work was alright. I had a tv mounted and the wires look shoddy to say the least, it took the guy forever and I hate when it seems like someone is rushing. Matt came today and mounted a 75' tv, hooked up a bunch of accessories. Not only did he do that, he was kind enough to clean up the previous installers work. He could've said no but he did it with no problem or hesitation. I've been shopping at BB for years and I honestly believe the geek squad and guys like Matt has saved them. It's always a plus when you get service from a individual who loves what they do. He did all that work in less than hr.

This was the best Birthday present I have ever given myself! The picture is wonderful, the smart features interesting (I'm still learning all it can do!) The service that comes to your home was really worth it, since I never thought I could get one this large, or slant it for the best viewing in the room. It really makes my other TV's look pretty paltry.

We had Kyle come to our house and do a walk-through with us and we then went to the store to meet him. We decided to have two TVs wall mounted at our house. He had to order two surge protectors but, MADE VERY CLEAR that we should NOT pick them up when I get the email to do so because the Geek Squad likes to make sure they have everything they need to complete the job when they come out. Well, needless to say they forgot them at the store--my husband had to leave to go pick them up and leave the tech in our house unsupervised, my husband said that if he did not go get it then the tech was going to leave when he was finished and dispatch someone else another day. We needed it done for a party we were having the next day. We were billed for delivery which is a joke since we had to drive into town and pick up half of the order. Then to top it off, apparently Geek Squad was short handed that day so my husband had to help him hold the TV's up while the tech attached them to the wall mount. We debated who would be home that day and if it was me I would not have been physically able to help, so I guess we would not have been able to get the installation completed. And yes, we were charged for installation even though my husband had to help. Not the 'full-service' I expected and was VERY disappointed with the whole experience. I won't be using Best Buy installation/Geek Squad again.

Fast & friendly service! I could've asked friends to wall mount my TV, but then who knows when they would've had time and I'm sure I would've heard some cussing & whining! The Geek Squad rep was nice and professional and knew exactly what he was doing! He even fixed my TV settings to give me the best viewing quality! YAY!

Extremely pleased with this Television. Yes, it's expensive but it truly delivers. My eyes are not the same as when I was younger, however, I can still see a dramatic difference in picture quality. If you are considering the Sony XBR-65A1E, do not hesitate!!!!!! I am so very happy with these purchases.!

We could not be happier with the Geek Squad! John and Chris did a great job helping us "cut the cord" from the cable company! They did the whole install in a couple of hours and explained (to all 3 of us in the house) how to use all the functions. We are so glad we did it and it was so worth it to have their help!

I was very happy with the friendly and respectful customer service from the staff at the store and the Geek squad guys that came out. They were prompt and cleaned as they went. I will be calling soon for more help installing other electronics at my house.

I had the Geek Squad guys install 3 large TV's and get them hooked up and working with the internet and cable service, and they did an excellent job, hauled off the boxes and trash, etc. Very happy with the service.

The guys came in and installed all our products and it has been such and easy time accessing all the apps and the other stuff we got. Very helpful to recive some help when you don’t want to mess up.

I bought the tech package which includes TV mounts for $50. The price quoted is only for tv connection and no audio, so watch out for that. Besides that I service was very good

The Geek Squad Team was awesome. They were timely, knowledgeable, professional, educational, available for follow up, etc.... I highly recommend the Geek Squad to all.

The guys did a great and careful job. Nicely leveled and centered. Very secure.
