    The tech arrived and took a look at my Sony TV. He concluded it was the main board that had failed. Decided to simply replace the TV rather than have it fixed because of the cost of the older part. Tech provided good and non biased advice and was thoughtful in his explanations.

    We called for help getting an estimate on repairs on our TV and several other things we bought from Best Buy. They came out in a few days to help us.
