I paid $60 to haul away my broken 7 year old TV. Worth it to do it this way rather than deal with disposing of it myself.

Drivers were prompt and courteous! Took away the old TV with no hassle.

I was having a new tv delivered and installed by Best Buy. They were also setup to cart away the old tv. The problem was no coordination between the 2 services. Haulers arrived before the new delivery and they were not certified to remove the old 55" tv off the wall. "Ant" from Geek Squad came with the new tv in the afternoon. Did an excellent delivery and install and also took the old tv with him (not his responsibility) as i had no place to store it while i waited for a new hauling appointment.

I appreciate when company's offer to haul off items, taking the stress from disposing of your to do list.

They did a great job. But my old TV has not been taken away, I know they forgot it and I didn’t remind them because I forgot too.

Did all that was required to drop off and haul away.

The TV is very good but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. First of all you cannot request a time of day, morning, afternoon, evening. 3x I requested morning and got 4-7. The haul away was fine, but the installers that came could not get the tv to work with my wifi. I had to get bluestream in to get the tv operational. They were too busy dealing on their phone with a complaint from another customer. I do love the TV.

The Geek Squad cheerfully removed our old TV for us. We really appreciated this service.

Prompt and professional. They showed up at the beginning of their "window" of time.

Loved the option of picking up my tv for recycling. The county recycling would have cost 3x the amount and i would of taken it to them. Great add on

Painless but expensive. I had already paid for delivery and install, Don't understand why the haul away was so expensive.The installers did a good job. This review is not a reflection on them but, more on Best Buy for using this to squeeze more profit out of a disabled senior citizen.

They disposed of my old 86” tv which would have been a pain leaving it for the trash guys! $60 worth it!!
