The agent had to move the tv holder, install the tv, connect to the other pieces like blue ray plus an univeral remote.Very professional and did an excellent install.

They were absolutely amazing. Who would have ever thought I’d need Geek Squad to remove a stand from my tv? I felt pretty silly even explaining my dilemma but they were very professional through it all. Had a tv mounted that I had already installed the stand/legs as I thought they would slide right out. Wasn’t the case. They were LOCKED IN. After days of prying with a flat head and struggling, I gave up and called Geek Squad. They were just as determined and motivated to remove it and I can’t thank them enough. NO JOKE, that stand/leg was not budging. So glad I was able to get it removed without cracking my new tv in half :)

the Geek Squad member was very good. Installed the TV. We needed a new TV. He helped us buy online the mount. He picked up and installed it next day. also he connected all the devices and explained the operation. He also helped us pick up a new Apple TV and the highspeed cables. He went out of the way to install the Apple TV and and explained how to operated various applications. Very friendly and courteous.

This holds our 65" TV great and it tilts up and down as well as slide side to side. It is also easy to connect things once it is mounted.

The agents moved my smaller tv from the living room to the bedroom.

Geek Squad came out and hooked me up with an amazing job and hid all if my cables and moved all of my equipment to the basement. I had a lot of work done so it took them 2 days but the results are amazing everything functions how it is supposed to.

Both teams of the geek squad we're wonderful to work with. They had to deliver twice because the first unit was damaged and we didn't notice. These guys had to bring this 98" tv upstairs to our theater room. Not a easy task. But they got it done

The initial service left a bad impression as a damaged TV was installed and the old one wasn’t removed. The second installer Sean was great and provided exceptional service. After he was unable to remove the old TV I was still frustrated. Mike the field manager then got ahold of me and quickly resolved the issue and got the old TV removed. Mike and Sean were great and the 5 stars is for them. Thanks for the continuous follow ups jumping on the issues. Would recommend those two for future services.
