The team did and excellent job in the installation and in their explanation of the operation of the set.

The Geek Squad was the best they made sure that you were very satisfied with the installation, made sure the TV was in the proper position for viewing, and their attitudes were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, I need to say that Carter and his partner were great. The installer showed me all the functions of the replacement TV, then had me perform the functions. My first choice TV turned out to be incompatible with my satellite wiring ☹️, but the replacement TV is decent.

We exchanged a LG tv for a Sony due to reception issues with broadcast signals-The Sony has a built in processor to bring the signal up to 4K which really made a difference.Upon learning that the Sony was the Fix for the issue -we had the Team exchange the items out- they removed the LG and installed the Sony- No fuss and we are very happy with the results. The store staff & tech's understanding of the issue-and help allowed us to experience a smooth return,and upgrade with VERY LITTLE FUSS - we did not have to bring it back-They came and did the exchange in House. Again we are very satisfied with Best Buy's store staff-tech group.

The agents mounted the new 55 inch Sony tv and connected it with all devices. The process of exchanging the 48 inch television took about 20 minutes.

Uninstall was quick and easy they were careful to make sure the tv was out in an area where it won’t be damaged

Excellent removal of tv that failed after one day and installation of replacement tv

The technicians did a wonderful job, as always! They were able to arrive earlier than expected, which was perfectly fine with me, and mounted both TVs. One was a remount as I had to have that TV taken down due to renovations in that room. After the job was completed they returned to remount that TV and mount another TV in a different room. They were very friendly and professional and worked to make sure I was satisfied and took the boxes away with them! I am VERY happy the Best Buy Geek Squad members. On a side note, I am sorry Best Buy closed the location nearest me, it will probably save me some money! Or not.

The two workers that were sent out to un installed my television were the same two workers who initially were the one's who installed and setup my television when I first purchased the product. They did an amazing job. They were here on the schedule time. They came in got right to work, They answered all my questions, They setup and programmed all of my channels and apps They explained all the different futures and functions of the television and they were very gently with installing and uninstalling of my television. Thanks job well done

Love my 86” LG QNED TV. The picture is clear, crisp and incredible! The Geek Squad were efficient, helpful and friendly.
