The guys were so nice and quick!! My 82” TV is beautiful and the picture is so clear!!

when my first TV short circuited - it was replaced with no hoops to jump thru -- took about 2 weeks for the replacement to get delivered and installed and set up -- fortunantely were able to watch on first unit -- just bunch of pixels were the wrong color OVER ALL everything worked out fine -- enjoying our new -full pixeled TV -- THANK YOU to the geek squad

Geek squad was so nice. I inform them about Best Buy services and how they mis charge me. Geek squad they will place a ticket and call them to inform they would give me a solution. Geek squad has always been helpful. Best Buy still has not reach out to me about issues.

An LG TV died and had to be replaced under warranty. The Geek Squad removed the old TV and then installed the new TV. I liked not having to worry about safely handling the 70 lb old TV. I also liked that the Geek Squad would take care of recycling the TV, which is not straightforward for an individual in Anchorage, AK.

I was called two days before delivery date to clarify what i wanted done. The rep who was going to be installing the tv suggested he would bring a wall mount in case my original didn't fit. Very proactive thinking. He and his partner were extremely polite, cautious in their work and ensured everything was working before leaving. He even gave me a lesson on how to operate the TV and left his business card in case I had any questions after he left. An excellent experience.

John and Jorge installed my 77" Sony OLED. They were so friendly, so efficient, so neat. They kept me notified of what time they were coming. They really wanted me to be happy with its placement and answered my many questions. I am so happy with Total Tech and the Geek Squad. So worth it!

My old tv was uninstalled in record time and it was placed inside the original box.

The Geek Squad uninstalled my 48” LG tv and wall mount and carefully packed them in a box that I provided in preparation for my move to a new home. The service was performed quickly snd without incident. All items arrived intact for and ready for reinstallation

The agents brought in my replacement TV and then unmounted and took down the defective TV. Then they installed the new TV and made sure it was working properly including use of the remote. They also picked up and took out all the wrapping paper/box, etc to their truck for disposal later. Top notch professional job.
