The Geek Squad has installed two (2) big screen TVs for me and each time they were amazing! Their technological expertise is off the charts! No problem is too difficult for them to handle. Plus, they take the time to explain new technology (to you) and answer any questions one might have.

The Geek Squad came to in mount our TV because we were moving. The team was super professional and thorough with what had to be done. Since we were going from a home to an apartment, they attached the stand for the TV as well. This is second time I used the Geek Squad and I continue to be impressed!

Three geek squad agents stopped over to take down my old tv and installed the new one. They were all very friendly and showed interest in my big superman and mickey collectibles in my basement. They were all really cool.

I consider this part of the Premium Service that I already reviewed because the guys from Geek Squad did it all at the same time. They had to uninstall, remove my existing 52" TV off of the wall, so they could install my new 55" TV onto the wall. Then ensure everything is connected, and works. Then they cleaned up and removed (took away) the uninstalled 52" TV.

The guys had the 65" screen TV off the brick wall in a few minutes and placed it on the stand within seconds. Great service! Pleasant young men. Oh... they did leave some drill bits behind though. I found them a day later when I was moving! I need to call to let them know.

Agents swapped defective S95 TV and replaced it with a new one. Took extra time to set it up and make certain the remote was working. Total Tech is a bargain for this sort of thing and I'd recommend it anytime to anyone.

The Best Buy Geek Squad installers were scheduled about 1 wk out so Best Buy sent one of their contracted techs. Greg from Sertech Home Improvement came out and did a great job

Installers were on time and went over installation thoroughly before the started. They encountered an issue in the wall, but after brief meeting were able to work around problem and finish up. Great workmanship by both installers!!!
