The awesome performance of the Geek Squad continues to be one of my primary reasons for continuing to buy from Best Buy.

On Time, professional, friendly, accurate, very knowledgeable, Always a great service provided with total installation's and equipment. We have used the geek squad/home theater services in the last 6 home moves & have had excellent results!

The uninstall was a speedy process, very careful with my TV and willing to readjust to my liking (previous agents had TV sitting lower than desired). I enjoyed the service techs that serviced me that day, very friendly and professional.

The team quickly disassembled the TV setup quickly and repackaged my TV for shipping! Excellent service!

We had the Geek Squad take down two flat screen televisions, in two different cities, as part of relocating our household. The were invariably courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property while completing the work. It was exceptionally easy to coordinate the appointments - work completed quickly with no foul-up's!

The agents mounted 2 TV's, connected all devices, recommended better products to solve some issues. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Stayed until everything was resolved. Dusty and Matt were outstanding. Highly recommended!

The Geek Squad guys were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Took out the old tv and set up the new one so it was ready to go with the Apps we wanted.

The agents uninstalled a tv mounted above my fireplace prior to a move. They we quick, professional, and informative about what I would need for the agents who would install the tv at my new home.

The technician was professional, caring and knew what he was doing. He took my tv down and had it back in the box I’m approximately 15 minutes. He also advised me what I needed to do when I moved into my new place. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring.

Jason and Emily were excellent. They were very professional and made some recommendations for streaming we didn't know about. They took time to go over the features with us for the TV and made sure we were good befre they left.

The agents were wonderful!! They mounted my new 65" tv in my bedroom and moved the old, smaller tv into my exercise room. They were super careful, cleaned up any messes and went out of their way to be extra helpful. Was so happy with everything and LOVE LOVE LOVE my new tvs!!

Great Communication on arrival time, and in mounting TV exactly the way I wanted it. They even made sure to connect the HDMI cable to the output that allowed the TV Play the flat against the wall. Really good customer service and care that the customer was happy with the product and the mount.

QUICK, FAST EFFICIENT.......NEW TV UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME.

They took down my old TV and mount when I was replacing them. They protected the area well and left everything clean when they finished. Note, they took my old TV to dispose of it but told me they do not take the old mounts.

they just had to change from one tv to another. placement was different one tv so they were glad to make it in a better position.
