The agents mounted and installed my tv. Even though once they mounted it, I assured them I could program it, they insisted on programming it so I would have no issues. Great service.

T should have had a helper with my old TV; it was not a flat screen model and was very heavy and awkward.

I sold my home and needed to have the tv removed from over the fireplace. The team from Geek Squad took care of it in less than 15 minutes. Quick and easy and no damage to the wall nor the tv!

The agent showed up at the time he was suppose to and took my old 55'' tv down and installed the new 55'' tv and sound bar in about 45 minutes. He was very courteous and neat.

The Geek Squad arrived ahead of schedule and called to check if that was okay before arriving. They installed a new wall mount and hung the new TV on the wall and set it up for me, explaining as they did so.
