They did a perfect job. Today’s big flat screens are not necessarily heavy, but they are too big to handle with one person. And wiring was in walls. Perfect job.

Geek Squad Agents dismounted TV- the process was quick and easy

The first TV we purchased was too small for wall. The Geek Squad did an excellent job uninstalling our TV mount and replacing it with a stronger TV mount to hold larger TV.

The Agent unmounted my tv because of a fire that spreaded to my house

I have always had good luck with them. This time they took it up a notch. Had an existing mount already on the wall from a pre-existing unit. The new units mounting holes did not match up...no problem. They took the mount off the wall, drilled new holes...installation complete!

The agents took down the TV above the fireplace mounted to the wall. They did a great job not causing damage to the wall or the TV. They even put the TV back in its original box for me! Highly recommend this service!
