Very careful of the home and scratches on the wall put the tv back in the box very well. Looked good. No mess or scratches on the wall.

It took some time for installers to discover the reason the old TV could not easily be dismounted from the old mounting bracket - it was installed upside down. Removing the TV after that was tricky and time-consuming, but was accomplished successfully. This service is a bit high priced, but in the end, was worth it.

I bought a Samsung TV that I was unhappy with. I upgraded to the 8000 series and they came and picked up the old one. I was so happy to not have to return the TV to the store. They offered to set up the new one too.
