We purchased this stand for the new Samsung 50" TV we bought at Best Buy. We like the open shelf design, cord management system and the swivel mount. My wife and I assemble most of it in about an hour. The only beef I have/had was that the box didn't come with the proper mounting hardware for the Samsung TV. The Samsung uses M8 screws...and there were several different length M8 screws in the box. However, the Samsung doesn't have a completely flat back, so spacers are required. Unfortunately, none of the spacers provided in the box were the right size for the Samsung, so I had to go out to the hardware store and find the right size to finish mounting the TV. Yeah, a minor annoyance, but it's also the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, it's a good looking and functional TV stand at a decent price.

This replaced a big chunky Entertainment Center. It was easy to assemble, it took 2 of us about 2 hrs. All the pieces and hardware are very plainly labeled, just read the directions all the way through before starting the assembly. It can be used 3 different ways, set the television on the top shelf, attach tv to the rear support column (my choice) or wall mount the tv. They also provide 4 or 5 different size screws for the back of the television so you are sure to have the correct size for your set. You will have some nuts, bolts and screws left over after assembly, not to worry, if you didn’t wall mount, you didn’t need those type of fasteners. It looks very nice in a fairly small room

I wanted something that wasn't big and bulky. This stand is sturdy, sleek, stylish and affordable. Love the color and the option to use the top shelf, the attached mounting bar or the wall mount for the TV. Instructions for assembly were user friendly.

I'm always wary of "ready to assemble"(RTA) items as I have found that historically the instructions are vague, screws, nuts and washers tend to be jumbled into one bag (with some inevitably missing) and assembly holes that don't necessarily lineup properly (leading to lots of frustration). However, I was pleasantly surprise to find a pretty well made stand, a well laid out fasteners pack and a set of directions that were exceptionally easy follow. Someone obviously put a lot of thought into the design and full execution of this unit. My only complaint is the lack of quality of the covering veneer/contact paper used to cover the shelves. It's a good thing that a touch-up pen is included. You're going to need it at some point. Overall, pretty well made and very easy to assemble.

It’s a sturdy stand and holds my 55” LED LG with ease. Easy to put together and made well. Great product for the price. I bought this stand on sale and it went on clearance the next day and they honored the price.

I’ve had this Insignia TV Stand for about 1 year. So far it’s still on 1 piece holding a 50” tv. The design on the product is modern and the color is amaizing. I like building things so the set up was simple.

Product is solid, very heavy. Very stylish and easy to assemble. Due to bedroom layout, was unable to wall mount tv to be in front of bed. This was a perfect solution to my problem

Looks exactly like the picture. Not at all flimsy. In fact, it’s heavy. A lot of parts to put together with the hardware. Plan to spend some time and have enough room to work in.

The TV stand was easy to assemble and looked great... but will only recommend for 55inch TVs or smaller... the stand can withstand a 65” tv but it looked out of place..

Mounted a 43" TV on this stand. While mounting the TV was relatively easy, putting it together was not. The long bars the TV mount attaches to the holes were just a tad off. after mounting the TV I found the the TV was not level with no way to adjust it. The other problem is the dimensions of the shelving. Like almost all manufacturers they fail to take onto account the size of different components. Although my components fit. The shelves are so close it fails to give receiver the proper ventilation. Overall this is a nice looking stand which seems to be built sturdy. The swivel and tilt mount is excellent.

This modest stand was the perfect solution for me! I was looking for something nice to hold my entire HomeTheatre Components stack in a Tiny Studio Apartment. This became my solution. At only 4ft. wide, It fit on one wall nicely. I wasn't sure at first it would be strong and sturdy enough to safely hold everything efficiently. It's stacked with an AV Receiver, BlueRay Player, 55" LCD TV, Apple TV, Airport Express,Cable/Internet Box and a Fairly large Center Chanell Speaker. Center is on strongest top shelf. Other items on lover shelves. Both before and after loading it all up, It's fairly heavy, but that lends to the fact that it's a well designed, solid, strong stand. I was careful to follow the directions, didn't try to overload it and was very happy it keeps all the pieces safe and tidy together on one neat, clean solution. I am very happy with this stand and must say, other than the shelves being Compressed Particle board, It's very well built and the frame is solid, strong metal. I love it and made sure my Loved One's knew it was a wonderland affordable choice. A very good value on sale. I have recommended this to all my friends.

Despite its relatively low price for a mountable TV stand, it's very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap at all. Assembly wasn't difficult, and the instructions for assembly were clear. Perhaps its best feature is its modularity. You can fully assemble it with a mounted stand confguration, or attach the mount to the wall. You can run without the mount at all and simply set the TV on the top shelf. There are options and it's nice that it can be set up as such. It also looks great.

Solid product. Was easy to assemble. Appreciate the modern design. Wish it was taller. Holds my large screen without concern.

The tv stand and instructions to put it together are pretty simple for the average person. It took me almost 3 hours but that’s cause some of the provided parts were functioning as they’re supposed to, such as one of the screws not tightening into the wood frame for some reason. So I had to go to my local hardware store to get the exact same nail. Some of the screws aren’t “threaded” or something like that which is insignia fault not best but since the package I received looked brand new and not a return.. This is definitely a headache when everything is going smoothly as it should considering I’m not building the Eiffel Tower. On top of this issue I was irritated with the packaging itself. It’s very bulky to haul and also much more complicated to unbox for some reason.. There is no glass on this tv stand and nothing that breaks easily, but there was an unnecessary amount of plastic/foam/bands with 0 instructions on where to open it and how to safely unwrap the pieces.. it makes a huge mess so be prepared to vacuum a lot after. Last minor issue I encountered was the lack of informing that some tools are needed to be separately bought or have to put together the mounting brackets on the tv stand. You will need a power tool and Phillips screwdriver which isn’t included..again not a big deal but making the customer aware of this is helpful. I had to get a power tool since I don’t have one at my house, I’m not into that bob the builder sht.. Other than these issues the tv stand is pretty sturdy and aesthetically pleasant. It is heavy and difficult to move around so you’ll need 2 people to do that

Solid and excellent tv stand. I was worried about the tv in my son’s room just sitting atop the old tv stand, thinking any number of things (playing, pets, moving things around the room) could knock it over. Now it’s attached and stable, with the shelves filled, it’s not going anywhere and we were able to organize his room more. Easy and solid assembly.

I have this for my Samsung KS8500 CURVED TV, so that answers the question if it's good for a tv that's curved as it is. The TV stand gives you various options and set ups as for what you want to do. You can chose too either have it on the wall, have it on with the stand itself or just on the top shelving. So that is three options. The spaces between the shelving gives good clearance for various AV equipment and room for them all. The color and the look is done really well.

Easy to put together, just not as fast as you can if you had more than one person putting it together. It's heavy will keep your tv in place and the wood style looks great in any living room style. I used the neck to mount the TV on the frame. The neck of the tv stand helps keep the cord organized in the back and out of view for a clean look.

I have owned this TV stand for a few years. It was easy to put together and looks great in my guest room. The finish is a little darker than pictured online and has a nice grain to it. I mounted a 43" Insignia Roku TV and it is very secure and stable. The TV sits at a perfect height to watch while lying in bed. The top shelf is slightly bowed but that is not big deal for me. It is much less expensive than some other stands and a fantastic deal when on sale.
