||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve put together a lot of furniture - beds, dressers, bookcases, IKEA, Target, etc. This is by far the WORST product I have ever encountered. I followed the instructions exactly but every time I tried to flip it upright, the bottom shelf fell out. The bottom shelf has only flimsy dowels and this odd plastic switch that is supposed to flip “locked”. (Spoiler alert - it doesn’t. All I managed to do was rip my fingernail in half, scratch the finish with a hammer and bend the cheap Allen wrench they give you when I tried to use it as leverage. The pieces don’t line up properly and when finally both the bottom AND middle shelves fell out, I gave up. Now I have a giant mess in my living room and I have to wait to call the company’s customer service because they are not open on weekends.

Missing an entire screw hole rendering it useless. Heavy & difficult to get back into the box. Then had a 30 min drive back to the store. Wasted my time & money. Thanks Best Buy

My TV looks awesome and even more modern on this furniture. I chose this over others that I saw at Walmart and Target.
